“Very good location”
Close to downtown and old seaport
“RQ8”
Excellent location and service, staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms were good but there is no sound insulation in the rooms or windows. I can hear everything that is happening in the street and the adjacent rooms.
“Not a 5 star hotel”
condition of the room is look like a 3 star hotel
“My trip”
The room was not ready even though we checked in at 5 pm. No WiFi without cost in room. Business office printer did not work. Breakfast buffet was extremely overpriced. Way to expensive for the services provided.
“Great Vacation”
Extremely satisfied with LeMeridian Barcelona. Everyone was very accommodating & pleasant from bellhop to administrators. Look forward to stay in another LeMeridian.
“" Excellent "”
I had heard good things about Barcelona...AND THEY ARE ALL TRUE!
“Oasis of La Rambla”
This hotel is conveniently located in the heart of La Rambla and yet is quiet and comfortable. We stayed in a room located in the second floor facing an interior patio and didn’t hear the street buzz however; late at night you could notice a distant hum form the nearby subway line. For me it wasn’t a deal breaker but my wife found it a bit annoying. I believe is one of the most expensive hotels in La Rambla but is worth the money. Staff is friendly and very professional. Rooms and public areas are clean and well kept in a contemporary style. The location is unbeatable; you have great museums, historic architecture, cultural entertainment, first class shopping and dining at walking distance!
“Best Location in Barcelona”
Given how notorious Las Ramblas is for pickpockets, carrying as little as possible is a good idea, but this is only practical if you're staying close nearby. The hotel is right on the boulevard, making it a great home base for your visit. The hotel is very clean and modern, with room sizes that Americans will find comfortable. They tried to be a bit too chic with their sliding-door bathroom, but the soaking tub and rain shower head made up for it.
“LaRamblas Best”
The Le Meredien was a great accomodation with one of the best locations in Barcelona. One could easily walk to great restaurants, museums, and markets. The hotel staff all spoke excellent English and were very helpful in touring the city. The restaurant was somewhat pricey , but is every restaurant in Barcelona. Overall, a great hotel with ambience.
“recommend it to all”
very nice hotel, awesome location and very friendly staff

Area:
Ciutat Vella, Barcelona, Spain: Barcelona's Old Town, the Ciutat Vella takes in the Barri Gòtic and the world-famous promenade of Las Ramblas. The former is the city's medieval core, a maze of atmospheric alleyways clustered around the splendid Gothic Cathedral. Quirky specialist shops and characterful bars and eateries abound. Don't miss the Museu Picasso and the Museu d'Història de la Ciutat, as much for their palatial settings as their content.
