It is a beautiful location, and it is right next to El Paseo de Gracia, and El Nacional. We loved it. Had a few issues with the air conditioner, but besides that it was an amazing experience.

This hotel was beautiful! We had a very modern room on the top floor so it was quieter since it is on a fairly busy street. It is easy to get to the Metro and access everything. there are shops and restaurants nearby. Some of the streets are pedestrianized and so provide lovely places to eat outside. We got to the hotel having left our cruise ship and arrived at about 8:30am. We expected that we would have to wait for our room but could leave our luggage with them. While we were taking a minute to plan our day, they said they had located a room that was unoccupied and that we could have it then. It was so nice to be able to relax for a bit before we set out for the day. Lovely hotel, very reasonable too.

The front desk staff was amazing, with information, carrying, good actitud, like Katherin, Ricardo, David, Luis, they were so helpful in many ways, the hotel is located in a nice area, it was confortable & big spaces

Overall, everything was really good. Very nice hotel, with spacious rooms that are cleaned every day. The only thing is that laundry is more expensive than you expect. But, the hotel itself is safe and quiet, and close to the metro/bus stations plus major attractions.

Overall, it's not bad, location is great. However, the room is not sound proof. I can hear people talking from multiple direction during the night which is not pleasant at all. And one of the receptionists looks strict and unfriendly.

I love this place the staff is very nice the breakfast buffet is excellent and is well positioned near the pasig de la Gracia and the Metro. Very convenient!

Nice Hotel but Ignored Leaking Shower
The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. However, there was one thing that i feel must be mentioned so it is addressed by the hotel: The shower above us leaked into ours through the ceiling whenever the upstairs shower was in use. There were cracks and dripping water. We told the staff the first day and it seemed like it would be addressed. However, the shower above us continued to be used and the issue remained. This was quite frustrating. I would expect either the above room to be left vacant or use to be moved to a new room until this was fixed. Otherwise, a nice to place to stay.

Good overall but little details missed
Stay was pleasant overall and the hotel and room was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Only 2 points to raise - Intermittent flickering lightbulb in the room which I asked reception if they could send maintenance up to fix - I guess they changed 2 bulbs around as another light flickered instead afterwards. Also asked the housekeeper to join my 2 single beds into one double, she sad OK but this was never done.

Just okay. Dark rooms.
The inside of the rooms were very dark with a small window and little sunlight. It was ok but would not stay here again.

What a ridiculous hotel!
I arrived two hours earlier and asked if they could provide early check in. They said it was impossible to provide. After two hours, they arranged a room with a door next to the bed, with a window facing other room window. They didn't notice at check in. They said they arranged the room because of my early chech in request they didn't provide. Vibrations of the drilling machine right. They didn't notice at check in. What a ridiculus sitiation. The room is smaller than the picture shows.

Dear JEONGSU, Thank you for sharing your experience with the rest of guests. As I answered you 11 weeks ago, early check-in is available if we have rooms ready (and always free of charge). The day before, we were fully booked and check out is at 12pm, so it is so difficult to get it earlier. We gave you the first available room before 2 pm. If the room was not of your liking or you saw something wrong, you could call the front desk to inform it, but we did not receive any call/complain. So we though everything was ok. Excelent location, close to the center, but a couple of boths away so it is quiet and not to busy. The hotel is a nice one but definitely not 4 starts. The hotel staff is very good helpfull and always willing to help. It is a bit pricey for what they give you, but overall good.
