“Good time”
Excellent
“Impressive”
Design, comfort, ambiance, beach, clean, views, great service, hip, excellent restaurants, cool bar, Bang and Olufsen Video-Audio system, etc...
“must be one of the best in barcelona!!”
stayed at the arts hotel september 2011, we had a fantastic time , all the staff were extremley friendly and couldnt do enough for you. great location on the beach, room was spacious and very clean , lovely pool and excellent food. i would recommend this hotel. excellent,!
“Great Experience.”
Beautiful hotel with exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Bathroom privacy leaves a bit to be desired (see-thru doors that don't lock) and drink prices at pool encourage sobriety. Close to marina and beaches. Restaurants, nightclubs and Casino close by. Also close to a hospital and the ambulance sirens can get a bit annoying if on the north or west sides. Need to cab or bus to shopping areas or other tourist attractions.
“Wonderful hotel!”
We stayed at Hotel Arts 2 weeks ago. I read some opinions that we would be treated differently because we made our reservations through expedia. I found that to be completely UNTRUE!! The staff is professional, friendly, courteous. Everyone speaks multiple languages. We stayed in a club level room. The room was spacious, clean and all amenities EXCEPT an iron and ironing board. The club room has a gorgeous view, with great snacks throughout the day! I especially liked that there was always Cava available! :) The wifi in the club room is free(very expensive to get in your room). The pool is beautiful and well maintained. Casino was fun(mostly b/c I won at the slots!) To play the tables you have to be dressed as though going to the Vatican..knees and shoulders covered and jackets for the guys. There is a hospital a few doors down so occasionally you will hear a siren, but bothersome at all. The Hotel is on beautiful Port Olympic Beware of pick pockets. Stay in the light, stay away from people at night. Don't let them get close to you and you'll be ok. Overall, we felt very safe here. During the day I ran the "boardwalk" with no problems. Lots of runners/pedestrians out. The hotel is about 2.5 miles away from columbus circle and La Rambla and further to from other sites. The public trans is easy...buses mostly in the area, but cabs are readily available. We will definitely stay here again and have recommended hotel to friends!
“one of the best hotels to stay in while in barcelona”
staff was very pleasant and helpful. recommended the best way to site see and places to visit. room was always very clean. anything you could ever want, they are more than happy to get it for you. they made our vacation a very pleasant experience. i would highly recommed this hotel and can't wait to go back and stay there again.
“Comfortable wih excellent service”
Upscale hotel with wonderful service. Easy access by taxi to Las Ramblas, cruise port, and airport. This was our return visit and we would return again. Concierge floor was worth the small added cost.
“can't wait to visit again. wonderful experience...especially with the staffs”
We were really impressed with the hotel, the facilities and especially with the staffs.
“Very impressed - excellence without the pomp and attitude.”
We stayed in a Deluxe room on the 20th floor for two nights, and loved the grandeur of the place, and the friendly and helpful staff. On the downside, the minibar items in the room are rather pricey, WiFi costs extra (about the same as the taxi from the airport), and the bar had run out of one of the ingredients of one of the Gin and Tonics I ordered (they have 8, I recall). Oh, and they hadn't put a baby cot in our room (as I'd requested) but that was rectified within 10 minutes of me 'phoning down to reception. None of that even dented my enjoyment of our stay. The hotel is a (pleasant) half hour walk to La Rambla, or you can use the nearby Metro station. The advice from the Concierge service was priceless to us (trying to fit the things we wanted to cover in a single day). Most of all, though, I don't feel ripped off by the experience. The views from our room were stunning, and there wasn't any hint of the noise from outside other reviewers seem to have had.
“Excellent service, great location, wonderful room.”
