You cannot cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a non refundable or prepaid rate. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT Check-in: the apartment is available from 4 p.m. When guests make their reservation they will receive an e-mail from the apartment owner with a form to fill in with their arrival time to Barcelona city. The apartment keys are available in the Home Advice office. Check-out: it is necessary to leave the apartment not later than 10 a.m. INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE Extra of €50,00 admin./cleaning cost per reservation. The apartment owner asks for a deposit of €150,00 as a guarantee for the flat. This amount will be returned to the guests at the end of their stay if no damage or problem has happened. Pre-payment: In order to confirm the reservation, it is required a pre-payment of 50% of the total value. CANCELLATION POLICY - Reservation is official after receiving contract of Home Advice Spain S.L - Pre-payment of 50% of the total value - Extra of €50,00 admin./cleaning cost per reservation - Deposit of €150,00 as a guarantee for the flat
