A great location to explore the unique lanes and culture. Great to have a supermarket 2 minutes walk away, and to be within a walk of the beach and Barcelona sites.

It’s somewhat unsafe. Pick pocketing is high and literally follow you around it’s so evident and very high risk. Location was pretty decent.

The reception is open from 10.30 to 18:00 and they can help you between those hours and also keep your luggage between them. The room was very clean and we were requested to clean it after we left.pretty nice staying

Lovely apartment, fantastic for a couples city break. The apartment had everything we needed and was close to the centre of Barcelona. The air-con was brilliant for when we came back after a day exploring. There were shops and restaurants close by which was very convient. We would definitely stay here again.

Little things around the apartment didn’t quite work here and there. But it was nothing that would stop us from enjoying our vacation. And it is nice to have a full apartment to come back to you after a day of exploring that beautiful city. Ultimately, the apartment was comfortable and the location of these apartments is perfect for visiting the historic parts of the city, and that’s what really matters.

the place was spotless and our apartment looked like the photos online. a 10 min walk to arc d ' triumf station, in an area with some restaurants, grocery and other shops. the bed was comfortable, the shower was hot, and the wifi worked reasonably well. the building has an elevator, the apartment we had overlooked a pedestrian area. the reception arrived and stored our luggage the day we arrived until the room was available and check out was as easy as taking out the trash, closing the door and dropping the keys at reception.

Location, location, location. I loved Allada. The studio was actually better than advertised, because there's no way to convey how cool the surrounding area is, nor can you experience that awesome shower based on a few reviews. I loved this space and would absolutely stay there again. It's a very short walk - 1 city block - to taxi pickup/dropoff, and a few blocks further if you want to talk to the train station. Being so close to Tlaxcal and Costa Pacifico was enough of a win for me, but the comfort of the space took things to a whole other level. Whether you're young or old, you will not beat this neighborhood.

I stayed here 29 April to 2nd May. The room was really nice and clean, working wifi and good location. Had a room to store bags and toilet after check out which was really handy. On arrival the Main reception to the apartment was closed and we were required to go to a different location 30 minutes away. The deposit of €350 was required and paid on arrival which was unexpected and I was told this would be refunded on the day of check out. It’s been a working week since this and I still HAVE NOT received this. I have rung the hotel and emailed them but each time I get through on the phone I get told the phone lines are not working conveniently ! And still no email reply ! I am still waiting for deposit to come back and yet to hear from the hotel. Not impressed at all as the deposit is nearly as much as the entire stay for 5 people !

Our main reception is open from 10:30 to 18:30, and we do offer an auto-check-in service to avoid having to go to a different location. We understand that the deposit can be a significant amount, and we assure you that it is unlocked on the day of departure. However, depending on the bank and country, it may take up to 10 days to be returned. Regarding this, we received an email from you only yesterday and we replied with information confirming the funds had been released.All guests are sent an email 2 weeks prior to arrival giving all details of the check-in procedure and the deposit. Very centrally located hotel, parking is very expensive at the public garages around there, though. Be aware the hotel fee does not include daiy cleaning and you have to wash your dishes and take your garbagr out when you check out.

Awesome location!
Hotel is in an unbeatable location in the mostly pedestrianized El Born neighborhood. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very responsive. Only complaint was that the room felt a little small in that there weren’t surfaces to put things.

Upon arriving in Barcelona via London on a Sunday, i phoned the main office to let them know of my arrival time 12pm. They told me i could not check in to my room until 2pm and to go to their main office to drop our bags. So we did and when we arrived was told that we could go to our apartment so we had to take another 20eurp taxi there (waste of both our money and time!!) when we got to our room i was Surprised to see that it didn’t fit the description of a superior apartment w a double sofa bed which was the most uncomfortable ‘sofa’ that was a twin and not a double! The noise from the other tenants doors slamming was so annoying and the immediate location was not what i expected being a single female i didn't Feel safe walking home down that block at night. I wouldn't pay that much to stay there again. A regular hotel is better.

wonderful location. quiet but close to bars, cafes, supermarkets, market, metro and not far from tourist attractions. tricky checkin if not arriving 10:30-18:30. check in is done in another address in the city, about 20-30 minutes by taxi. at the middle of the night someone was trying to break into our room, banging on the door very aggressively. although we have written the management several times about this unpleasant experience we have not been answered. they didn't bother to answer our e-mails.

I'm kinda disappointed because it's an apartment/hotel.. but there's no way to bake your food except of micro wave.. Also if we wanted to clean our room we had to pay 25e.. Other than that, the location is great there's everything near by bars, restaurants, pharmacy, supermarket, etc.. I place is good but a bit expensive for what you get.

Great apartment and location
As I was arriving late in the evening it was great that I could do a self checkin with the key code provided. The apartment was clean and comfortable with everything I needed for my 8 nights. The apartment is in a great location being quiet and within walking distance of the old city and its many great restaurants. There was a problem accessing the apartment after 7 days but after a phone call all was sorted in 30 minutes. The Wifi was generally good but it dropped out on a few occasions for a number of hours.

Awesome apartments!
Apartament was amazing. Clean. Kitchen. Fridge. AC cold as it should. Bathroom was great. Oh and the area is freaking perfect if you are new to Barcelona.

An absolute gem!
We loved this Aparthotel! Located on a pedestrian only street filled with fun restaurants, shops and bars this property was in a fabulous central location in the Gotic Quarter of Barcelona. The floor to ceiling windows of our apartment room looked out over a lovely children’s playground in the square. Appearing newly renovated, our modernistic room in an old building was well equipped with new refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and sink. A comfortable bed, ample storage for luggage and clothes and a table and 2 chairs were provided. The bathroom was clean and bright with a great shower and the best thick, fluffy towels that we’ve had during our European travels. Close to public transportation and walkable to beaches and many tourist attractions, this location was perfect for our stay in Barcelona.

Perfect location for exploring all areas
Fantastic location really close to all areas in a beautiful old building. The apartments have been well designed to provide a modern room but sympathetic the old character of the building.

An excellent appart hotel located in the heart of old Barcelona. Highly recommended. Only small concerns, towels should be changed every 3-4 days for longer stay, instead of after 6 days. Staff friendly and helpful

Comfortable apartment in a central location
We had a lovely weekend. The location couldn't have been better in a quiet pedestrianised area in the trendy El Born. Central for Barccelonetta, beach, cathedral, Las Rambla, market, park and Metro for further away places.

Nice location and rooms but not so clean.
The general area is great with loads of great places to eat and shop within walking distance. The apartments themselves are nicely equipped and spacious. They are not, however, very well cleaned. The room and floor was very dusty and the showers had some mildew which was both visible and could be smelt which wasn't nice. The staff overall was friendly and helpful at the location but they do work quite limited hours so make sure you are aware of that particularly if you are going to arrive before 10:30 or after 17:00... We read other's reviews about it being loud so we asked for a higher room. We ended up on 3rd floor (out of 4) and didn't have any issues with the noise. We also had a baby bassinet brought up and that was of very good quality and very clean thankfully.

Barcelona El Born hotel
Great hotel in a fun area. Lots of cafes and bars nearby. The lady at reception was extremely friendly and helpful. Only drawback is there is no daily maid service.
