The hotel was ok. The room was nice. Staff were pleasant. The area is not very nice. Derelict long street. The food was awful. Paid for breakfast and couldn't eat anything so only went down the first day. The use of very strong olive oil is no good. The food was unbearable!

Clean, modern hotel on the seafront. Short walk to Ramblas Poblenou where there are plenty of bars and restaurants. Other places to eat and drink are minutes away. Taxi ranks nearby. 10-15 min walk to Poblenou metro, and Glories is a further 10 minutes away. Professional, friendly staff

Very well presented hotel, great staff, exceptional breakfast buffet. Disappointed no mini bar or balcony, pool area also closed so nowhere to sit, read outside. Located a good walk from city centre but plenty choice of restaurants in the locality, especially near the beach.

This hotel offers a lot of facilities such as a swimming pool, dinner areas for breakfast (not sure about the dinner) and a reasonably big fitness centre. I did not like the area as much because there were not a lot of restaurants around and there were no recommendations of what is nearby coming from the hotel. The metro station is also a bit far but there are buses that you can take to go to central Barcelona. The room I stayed in was quite clean but I did find some stain on the bed sheet on day one. The main issue I have is with the water pressure of the sink in the bathroom. The water pressure was very low and I found it very difficult to use, hence I used the bath tap all the time when using the bathroom. The other point is the water drains extremely slow in the bathtub. Otherwise, everything is very good.

The room, the breakfast buffet and the dinning options near the hotel are superb. The hotel is undergoing a bit of renovation but we were very happy with the overall experience, the location, how comfortable the beds were, the distance from the beach was only a couple of blocks and easy access to Uber and local taxi.

This was our second stay here in the past few weeks. Very close to beach and nice restaurants along the street. Hotel staff was very easy to work with especially with my lack of Spanish. The extremely comfortable bed and the pillows were perfect. Breakfast was a great Mediterranean menu with assorted meats and cheeses to choose from. Highly recommend

Pleasant stay in a quiet location. The rooftop terrace was excellent with lots of sun loungers always available. When we arrived we were sold a breakfast deal by reception which we paid for at check in. We were then later disappointed to find out at check out that we had to pay a further 96 euros for breakfast when were told we had breakfast included for our stay. Seemed a little bit sneaky from the hotel.

We arrived early and were greeted with Champaign and wonderful staff. We were offered to upgrade for %50 reduced fee and supposed to have non alcoholic drinks included and 8th floor pool access along with complimentary drinks. We jumped on the opportunity. After our first day we realized nothing was complimentary. We were charged for drinks on the 8th floor for both non alcoholic drinks and also Beer. Feeling somewhat frustrated we felt maybe we were taken for a ride. After going to dinner the first night we realized coffee and water along with all drinks were available for a fee ( not even complimentary water after $3000 for 5 nights). The Waite staff was condisending after asking how much drinks were. Spent an hour on the phone with hotels.com to find out what was going on we were told all drinks were supposed to be included with the upgrade floors 6-7, which is not what we were told each time the staff asked for our room card. The room view and accommodations are amazing however the unknown of the charges I am worried about an over the top bill. Buyer be ware!!
