“Good city break hotel”
The hotel is an a convenient location close to the beach and within walking distance of a good shopping complex. There are easy bus links to the more touristy areas of Barcelona. It's best for sightseeing in the day and heading to the beach in the late afternoon. The hotel is a good for those on a short city break. The rooms are quite small and it's facilities limited but it's very clean, quiet and well run. The reception staff are very helpful but be warned the service in the restaurant is slow!

the staff and service at this hotel were great. The location was excellent and the bathroom was the best I have been in. The evening meal in the hotel was also first class. Would definitely go back and can recommend this hotel to everyone.
“Great location”
Situated a walk across the road from the sea front, 10 mins from subway and 4 mins from bus stop, so we used both transport methods and also walked into the city along the sea front then inland which is a most pleasant walk.Hotel is very quiet, bed very comfy,bathroom excellent clean and staff were pleasant. . Short wait for breakfast as table numbers do not accommodate number of rooms but breakfast was excellent. Very clean and safe feeling area and would be ideal with families.Cold not fault the hotel or area.
“I would go there again”
Nicely located near the beach, out of the way of the noise and sirens of the centre. The place is quiet, clean, tidy, efficient and friendly. The flightcrews use it, so what else is there to say. You can wander the 3/4 miles into town if you feel fit enough, or order a taxi at reception which costs 5/6 pounds (ish) and takes ten minutes to the Rambler.

Very good location - very close to a main shopping area, right at the foot of tour bus stop and the public bus, right in front of the beach. Affordable and very good service. Will come back.

Barcelona was fantastic. Hotel quite a way out. really nice hotel but air conditioner in room was useless. One male receptionist didn't know how to smile but everyone else was great.
“Excellent short break”
A very nice clean hotel Ideal for short break, staff were very good. Easy to find, aerobus from airport, then hop on bus 41 to almost outside hotel 5 euros +2.3 euros approx.. used bus 41 to centre Barca each day, walked back via Port Olympic. Room was on first floor without a view, thought we would have been allocated a better room with a view, could have had one but would have had to pay more on arrival.

“Good For a Short Break”
Booked this hotel for 3 nights for a short city break and was pleasantly surprised. It's great for access to the beach and the hotel staff were always helpful (printing out boarding passes and booking taxis etc)... The one thing is it is a fair way from the city centre. We were obviously aware of this when booking the stay, so can't complain too much- but the area around the hotel (not including the beach) is awful for food and drink so you have to travel a bit. Bus takes about 20 mins to the centre- but as we were out quite late walking back takes about 45 mins or a cab is about 15 euros. In general its a good safe bet for a short stay.
