“First rate in every way”
I thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of my stay at this hotel. It has a lovely, relaxed ambience with plenty of green space for guests to enjoy in the gardens and around the pool. Very clean, comfortable suite, in quiet surroundings. Great kitchen, terrific breakfasts and outstanding themed buffet dinners. Warm, responsive and professional staff. Well-equipped, on-site convenience store for small gifts, sundries and snacks. An easy drive to shops and restaurants in Holetown, and within walking distance of Speightstown. I would not want the owners to change a thing -- it is perfect just the way it is.

My fiance and I loved the Sugar Cane Club!!! Our room was immaculate, very comfortable, and had every convenience we could have asked for. The hotel and grounds are really well kept. When we booked we signed up for the breakfast plan only and were really happy with the selection of the breakfast buffet, and the taste! They serve the best corned beef hash!!!! We've been to Barbados before (on the South side of the island) and wanted to stay in a different area of Barbados. We enjoyed being close to all of the restaurants on the West side of the island, especially to our favorite bakery in Speightstown! We rented a car for the duration of our stay, which for us was the best way to get around since we like to be do a lot of day trips and sightseeing, though we know that the hotel helps arrange tours and there is a bus nearby. This location was very close to many of the island's attractions. We recommend that anyone who does not rent a car, should at least take a bus to some of the beaches on the West side, because the hotel's beach is nothing to write home about. But, if you can get there, the nicest beaches are definitely on the south side of the island. Overall, it was a very nice and relaxing place to stay. And because of it's size, it felt like we had our own villa!

cet hôtel n'a pas failli à sa réputation, l'accueil y est exceptionnel ! Tout le personnel est à votre écoute, vous conseille pour les restos ou les sorties (la sortie nage avec les tortues est magique et en plus offerte par l'hôtel!!), et le manager Rod est personnellement très impliqué et amical. Le buffet petit-déj est copieux et délicieux (pas testé les autres repas), la piscine très agréable , le jardin magnifique et l'ensemble de l'hôtel est très propre et bien entretenu. C'est un endroit idéal pour un séjour en couple sans enfants . Terrain de squash pour les sportifs! Si vous voulez vraiment visiter la Barbade, prévoyez une voiture de location; sinon navettes depuis l'hôtel jusqu'à la petite ville à côté (où il n'y a pas grand chose à voir...)

Für ein 2 Gang Gericht werden ab 85 Dollar verlangt. Nicht All Inclusive Gäste werden nach allen Regeln der Gunst abgezockt. Wenn ein Upgrade von Frühstück Gaste zu All Inclusive Gäste kostet schlappe 100 US Dollar pro Person pro Tag. Der Service war so schlecht, dass 20% vom Rechnungsbetrag als Rabatt eingeräumt wurde und dann bei der Abrechnung nicht voll berücksichtigt werden. Schwerbehinderte wurden hier diskreminiert, weil der Aufwand für solche Gäste zu hoch erscheint. Schade eigentlich!
