“An oasis of calm”

The staff could not have been more helpful and friendly, and overall the hotel was quiet and comfortable, and right on the beach. The bar area is rather strange and corridor-like, without any atmosphere at all, but we simply went off the premises if we wanted a drink. There were a couple of things wrong with our room (blocked plug, broken toaster etc), but these were fixed within an hour or so on the day of reporting, which was impressive. We were less impressed with the atmosphere outside the hotel, which is very kiss-me-quick, and full of 24 hour slot operations and hustle, but then that is St Lawrence Gap. This area is only really for tourists, if you want a local vibe you need to go somewhere else, which we will do next time.

“Management ruined my holiday”

This hotel is well placed for bars and restaurants in st Lawrence GAP. The pools are reasonably small and not well suited to swimming. Beach side location is a plus. Staff are plenty and reasonably friendly but nothing special. The management team are unwelcoming and rude, avoid them if you want to enjoy your stay at this hotel.
