Excellent situation if you enjoy peace and quiet and being able to sit and watch the ocean.sandy swimming beaches restaurants etc are not far but you need a car or you can use the frequent local buses which stop a few minutes walk away and go all up and down the south coast .
We were pleased with our room and the help fullness of staff and considered it ocean spray good value
We stayed there just recently. The hotel is lovely and the rooms are very clean. As an elite plus member they did upgrade us to a room which was ocean front. If you want ocean front you better specify because on of their buildings is ocean view and is across the street. The room was nice and had a refrigerator and a microwave. I do suggest going to the supermarket for water, beer, and snacks. The restaurant at the hotel has decent food but it is very expensive. You can go right next door to the surf shop and get beer for $2.00/ each its about $5.00 at the hotel bar. You can also go to surfers bay restaurant and bar which is a short beach walk and has good food and is very reasonable. Nice place to hang out. The hotel is a bit far but if you have a car its not that bad. Honestly we loved the seclusion. The pool area is lovely there are beds all around the pool and ocean front to lay on. You might wanna invest in a small cooler to bring drinks to the pool area so you don't have to buy them from the bar. The hotel staff is super friendly. My main complaint was the internet service was terrible. If you are ocean front you CANNOT get internet in your room. If you are on the street side you can get internet. I was not happy about that because it said internet in all the rooms but I am told they are working on that. All and all is was an amazing vacation. Barbados is beautiful and I cannot wait to return. Nice place for couples or families.
The hotel was excellent with its own beach. This is the hotel if u want peace and tranquility, as it's far from the town. However local buses and taxi's are there or you can hire a car. Nice contained village feel, with all that you need!
Nice pools and a beautiful beach. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff. Must do silver moon cater man cruise, harbour lights and Atlantis submarine, these can be organised through the hotel. Highly recommend an ocean view room too. Food is expensive, but most restaurants in Barbados seem lthe same in terms of price. Bar is great, rum punch is perfect for the climate!. Great hotel, beautiful barbados!
I spent 5 nights at the Moonraker Beach hotel and really enjoyed my experience there.
I was on the 2nd floor and had a beautiful view of the sea from both my bed and my balcony. The room was comfortable yet simple and was equipped with all necessary items for a relaxing and pleasant stay: fridge, microwave oven and coffee maker.... Hotel staff was extremely friendly and welcoming and the beach bar located beside the premises allowed for a nice cocktail at night under the stars. That s a great hotel for people willing to escape the touristic area and enjoy the nice scenery in a quiet place.
We had a wonderful 2 weeks at Sea Breeze. The staff are lovely, the beach beautiful and the food excellent. We requested top floor ocean view and our requests were met. Thank you all at Sea Breeze for making our stay great fun and very relaxing. We couldn't have wished for more.

This was our first time in Barbados and if you don't want to stay on the more upmarket west coast then this is the perfect location, the hotel has access to lovely beaches as well as plenty of others close by. The hotel is literally on the waters edge and has a lovely light and open feel, nothing was too much trouble for the staff and the rep helped us book trips and recommended good local restaurants. A visit to Oistins on a Friday or Saturday is a must, we recommend Uncle George's.
