“Great hotel!”

This is a beautiful hotel and in a good location for Bangkok. We stayed here on our way back to the States and wished we could have stayed longer. The hotel staff were very accommodating and met us at the airport on our departure to make sure there were no problems or questions when we left the country.

“One of the finest hotels in Asia!”

I have stayed in many top hotels in Asia, and this is definitely one of the best i have seen. Everything was absolutley top notch to the last detail, everywhere you look! No expenses spared. This was truly awesome. The facilities and the staff make you feel like a VIP throughout your stay. One small example - At the day of check out our flight was around midnight - not only the staff was mindful to that detail upon check in , but they also appologized they couldnt give us the late checkout option (due to room availability), and offered full access to the hotel facilities (SPAs etc.) throughout the day, as long as we needed. I am definitly coming back!

Great hotel. Pool's awesome. Only downside is location (not near restaurants or other attractions), but get better views.

“Use the river to avoid the traffic”

Gridlocked in the morning traffic from the airport, our driver dropped us at Peninsular Pier. Arriving by the hotel's shuttle boat service was a most memorable way to commence a wonderful 5 days at this superb hotel. With its impeccable service and luxury facilities, especially a 5 star outdoor pool area, the temptation is to stay in and ignore the many delights of Bangkok. However, transportation from the hotel by river to the Royal Palace and other major sights is made very easy by the frequent boat services from the hotel.

“Hotel with a "WOW" factor!”

Great service oriented hotel with staff going that extra mile for you. Rooms are well laid out and the higher floors have amazing views. We stayed 4 days and enjoyed every moment!

It is a truely luxury hotel with fantasic river view. Excellent service from all staffs and food in all restaurants are deliciously irresistible.

The Peninsula is everything you expect and want it to be. The service is fabulous and the location is perfect. This was equal to the best NYC hotels I've stayed in for a lot less money.

“Great hotel”

Nearly flawless hotel, with great position on the Chao Praya river. Beautiful rooms, pool, workout area. Did not try the restaurants. The shuttle service across the river is very convenient. Only 2 minor issues: some of the hotel staff can be a little on the stiff side, and the fitness center is awash with mosquitoes.
