“well run hotel with very helpful happy staff”
I accidently lift my electronic book reader in the seat pocket of the aircraft from Bhuttan.I told the Peninsula representitive at the airport and three hours later it was reunited with me at the Hotel. Exemplerary service
“Bangkok's Best”
This is simply a wonderful hotel who talked us into a heavily discounted upgrade (definitely worth it for the suite experience) and gave us very early check-in and late check out for free. Add to that one of the greatest hotels in the world and I am a real fan.
“perfect stay”
To stay at the Peninsula is always a pleasant experience. Furthermore when in thailand where hospitality is an everyday word.
“Perhaps the best hotel in Bangkok”
This was our second stay at Peninsula. While not cheap by any means, Peninsula is worth every cent. Rooms are luxurious with great view, location is just a few minutes away by the (free) hotel boat from the sky train, which will quickly get you to most locations in Bangkok. Restaurants are very good. But you will pay New York prices to eat there. Long story short: if you are not traveling on a budget, then definitely stay at Peninsula.
“Simply the Best@”
My favourite Bangkok Hotel! I've stayed at many of the Bangkok 5 star hotels (Oriental, Sukhothan, Four Seasons, Shangri-La etc). The Peninsula remains my first choice by far. Upgraded to a Grand Deluxe Suite on arrival for a small upcharge. One of the nicest suites I have ever had...beautiful design with wrap around windows in the living room providing an amazing view from the 28th floor.
“Not rushing back”
The facilities were as expected (we had a lovely big room over looking the river) but we found the hotel lacking charm and apart from the Spa which we found faultless, the service was disappointing.
“best hotel in Bangkok”
modern, elegant, friendly, and more! all you need to make your stay a perfect one!
“"I love the Peninsula Bangkok Hotel'”
I loved the location, the atmosphere, the attention to detail by hotel staff. I received a great recommendation for a place to have a suit made. The staff had the tailor send a car for me. I loved the jazz band in the lobby. It is a great hotel.
“Great location and service”
The Peninsula has wonderful and large rooms, all overlooking the river. Great service in the hotel. Restaurants are excellent, although very pricey by Bangkok standards. Service in restaurants can be a bit slow at dinner.
“Pure Luxury”
A piece of paradise in busy Bangkok. This hotel is amazing we could not have asked for more. The room, Spa, Pool and restaurants surpassed all our expectations. The staff where so helpful and we wanted for nothing during our stay. you must stay here!
