This resort had clean spaces and rooms. Food was excellent and they were very conscious of our food allergies - gluten and dairy. Massage was good but expensive for the area. Staff was kind and helpful. Location was good. Could walk some places. My only issue was some of the deferred maintenance in the room. Toilet kept clogging, one of the sink spouts was detaching and the shower water pressure wasn't great. Overall a good stay and would choose again.

Construction all around the property that will take a long time to complete. whole room flooded with a 5 minute shower had to switch rooms. Not a good spot if you want to relax.

I have stayed there previously a few years ago and really enjoyed myself. The pool and surrounds were particularly restful unfortunately the size of the pool and surrounds has been reduced.... progress. But all other aspects were great

This property was very conservative and catered to Saudi Arabians -- i was asked to leave breakfast 30 minutes early with my mother. I found this to be extremely rude and the kids at the pool were so annoying and screaming and I was bitten all over by bugs on the lounge chair. I also had bats flying at my face and this was classic Thailand.

Located in the city center with free parking, they also provide valet parking. Staffs are very attentive and polite, room is spacious and newly renovated. We enjoyed our stay and will come back again.

Not a pleasant stay...
The pool is definitely the main attraction. And location is very close in the centre of the city. However, my 4-year-old son suffered from mosquito bites in the room badly. Since he is quite allergic to mosquito bites, his face swollen like a bee hive for the first night, and all over his body. I had to kill 5+ mosquitoes every night and put mosquito repellent body spray before we go to sleep. Also, the hygiene of the bathroom is not up to standard. The water from the toilet and tap is yellowish. And many black spots on the wall. It was not a pleasant experience. I think the hotel is under some sort of renovation work, as I find some leaking at the hallway with a bucket holding up the water. Drilling sound in the afternoon. I hope the hotel will improve when all the work is done. Last but not least, as for the breakfast buffet, the egg station made their eggs poorly. My egg benedict were well cooked 2 days in a roll. And the congee was too sticky, nothing like a normal congee at all.

Very good breakfast. Pool is nice, the water is a bit cold but doable. Due to the construction at the next building it was very noisy at the pool. Earplugs helped but because the wifi in the hotel is overall poor it also listening to vids did not go smoothly. Tv channels and quality are below standards. Location was good. If you catch the boot on time you could be in Central World in 10mins, Siam and MBK in 15.

スイートルームのシャワーが固定式
私事ですが、やや潔癖な所があり、新しいホテルを選ぶようにしています。こちらのホテルも新築ではありませんが、以前のホテルからリノベーションされているようで部屋はとても綺麗でした。 ただ、浴室やシャワールームは以前のままのようでした。部屋がとても良かった分浴室を始め見た時はテンションが下がってしまいました。また、シャワーが固定式でした。使用経験がなく、身体を回転させたり等させながら洗い流したりと、大変でした。潔癖の私には、水回りはとても重要な場所だと再認識しました。他のタイプの部屋についてはわかりませんが、次回スイートは選択しないです。

ホテルはきれいだが、シャンプーやボディソープがなかった。忘れたらしい。 テレビの反応が遅い。バンコクでは初の蚊にさされた。 グラブの運転手からするとホテルの位置がわからない。近くにコンビニはない。 トイレのお尻シャワーがない。浴室への給湯給水が濁っている。 朝食会場は中国系の人が多くうるさい。 モーベンピックは好きなホテルだが残念だ。

Our second time at Mövenpick BDMS Hotel
Our second time at Mövenpick BDMS Hotel. The primary reason for choosing this hotel is the large garden. It has the most beautiful garden of Bangkok hotels. You feel like in a nature resort. Reception and concierge were very helpful and attentive with the many questions we had as a family of 5 persons - 2 adults and 3 children. The pool is fantastic - for both, children playing and adults swimming. It is very large with a beautiful shape and botanical surrouding. Transportation is easy from the hotel, either by taxi, ski train or boat. We used public transport a lot to avoid traffic jams. Breakfast is very good. Make sure to include breakfast in your booking - otherwise it adds a 3.500 baht (105 €) a day for a family like ours (990 baht adult, children half-price). The only thing we cried about is that the garden was smaller this time compared to last time - pls keep the size as it is or even better, enlarge it again :-) it is what makes the place really special. Altogether we had a great stay and we look forward to our next one.

房間接收不到wifi,換了1次仍收不到,花了超過30分鐘換了行政套房才解決wifi問題,但又到廁所水龍頭出問題,又再花30分鐘去處理,結婚要到下一日才弄好,真沒想到五星級酒店會有這些問題。
