“足の便は最高”

今回もリーピーターで宿泊しました。何といっても地下鉄フワイクワーン駅へ徒歩２～３分というのが大きな魅力です。部屋もそこそこ奇麗で満足でした。

“リクエストとはいえ・・・”

ホテル、室内の設備などは満足できるものでしたが、リクエストで禁煙、1ベッドルーム希望と伝えていたところ、チェックイン時、アップグレードした良い部屋を提供しますとのフロントの言葉。部屋に入ったところ、煙草の匂いが充満した喫煙室、おまけにツインルーム・・・、リクエストは何もかなえていただけませんでした。フロントにせめて禁煙ルームに変えてほしいと伝えましたが、部屋がない、アップグレードしたから文句ないだろうって感じの返答でした。煙草の匂いと闘いながらの一夜でした。残念です。
