The perfect place to stay for our first trip to Bangkok. Located in the MBK center, minutes to BTS station, easy to get to/feom. Hotel was luxurious, clean, lovely staff, and the pool was fantastic! Would stay here again.

It was a good location being so close to the BTS, there’s lots of shops under the hotel and nearby too. Lots of food choices. Only thing I didn’t like was the bathroom bath tub - it’s so high to get in and very slippery. So not suitable for all ages. Otherwise the staff are excellent, super helpful.

Have stayed twice before and had a great experience, this time not so much. Dirty towels left in the bathroom from previous guest, no welcome drink let alone water available after a long journey, front desk staff quite rude. Housekeeping also very slow, room still wasn’t serviced at 3pm daily. Raised issues with the customer relations manager who said she would address. Given the good experiences of the past, I am prepared to try this hotel again and give this stay a once off reprieve.

This was our third stay at this hotel. I was a bit concerned as a saw a review which indicated that the hotel was dated and in need of refurbishment. I am happy to say this was a false alarm. Our suite was well apportioned, had stunning city views and had modern, quality furnishings. We really enjoyed our stay. The only issue I had was that our flight arrived at 09:00, checkin was at 15:00 and due to full occupancy, we could not checkin early. While the hotel has a waiting area on the 8th floor this is dated and after traveling for 16 hours, nobody wants to sit in the hot sun outside. The showers here are a bit dated. So the only thing I would wish for was a proper lounge for guests who arrive early… otherwise we 100% enjoyed our third stay here.

This is a great hotel and the staff are also great. It is joined to the MBK centre and walking distance to the Siam centre/paragon/discovery. Everything is 10minutes away. Everyone is friendly and it is a great hotel for a family with young kids.

5 star hotel 3 star service and quality
Imagine calling front desk 4 times over a period of 30mins with no one picking up. Door card reader ran out of battery and it took them 30mins to replace, even have the guts to tell us to go and complain between their department as the front desk has done their part. Booked 4 suites and 2 suites have crocoaches. Room was give 2 free beer and 2 cola. Drank sprite instead and they want to charge for the sprite. Overall very disappointed with this hotel which I have stayed for multiple time. Only good thing is the location, else this hotel is far inferior to many others out there.

The service was excellent, especially the lady who everyday put our room back to the way it was supposed to.be and the direct entrance to MBK was really helpful. There was a problem with the doorman, but it did not change my opinion of thehotel .

This property is great location connected to mbk mail. Bts train system is connected as well. Hotel stuff are all pleasant. I will definitely be back to Thailand and stay here again. Also rooms are modern with lots of outlets and usb ports. My only complaint is not enough english channels on tv. There is only one if you want to take a break and stay in room.
