“Not impressed at all”

The hotel location was fairly remote and unknown by the taxi drivers. If not for being fairly close to a Sheraton hotel we may not have ever found our way back to hotel. The decor was very austere and not as shown in the photos of the hotel. A breakfast was offerred at an additional cost but not available until 8:30 AM. They also charged an additional fee for bottled water which was supposed to be complimentary.

“Great value for money!”

I had a most enjoyable stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly, the rooms were fresh and clean. The free Wi-Fi and satellite TV in the room was great. The only downside is that there is no swimming pool to cool down in after a long day of exploring.

The hotel was okay. When I reached reception, I was greeted by a "lady boy", which was a bit unsettling for me, but this is pretty common in Bangkok. The room was okay. Nothing special about the place. It's clean, it's quiet. The location isn't that great. Nowhere to eat nearby and not much to do at all near the hotel without taking a taxi or a tuk tuk. The hotel did have wifi that worked great. Not much else to say about the place.

Wenn man keine großen Ansprüche hat, ist dies Hotel in Ordnung. Das Hotel befindet sich neben dem Sheraton Hotel. Es ist ca. 5 min mit dem Taxi vom Hauptbahnhof Hua Lampong entfernt und 3 min zu Fuß vom Siphaya Pier, von wo man aus mit dem Schiff zum Königspalast und Wat Pho fahren kann. Das Hotel ist sauber und das Personal freundlich. Allerdings täuschen die im Internet eingestellten Bilder etwas, da das Hotel nicht direkt am Fluss ist und auch keine Terrasse am Fluss hat.

Wenn man keine besonders großen ansprüche hat, ist dieses Hotel okay. Jedoch sollte man für einen längeren Aufenthalt in Bangkok ein anders Hotel aufsuchen. Wir waren nur für eine Nacht dort; es war okay ...
