The most appealing thing about your hotel is the staff before arriving at your hotel i had all my money and cards stolen in Amman Jordan when the staff at the hotel became aware of my situation the staff couldnt have been more helpfull from the manager to the porter out the front of the hotel .Especially Salfee the porter who delivered me to the shopping centre to collect emergency money from Western Union upon leaving his vechile he gave me some cash which i didnt think i would need however i could not find the bank and had to get a taxi back to the hotel with Salfees money the next day he came on his day off with his wife and child and took me in his own car to the shopping centre to find the bank even he had trouble finding it so by myself i didnt have a hope of finding the bank others who helped me were the girl at recption who spoke very good English the man in charge of the dining room who gave me a free meal when i still had no money and of course the manager so you can see why i can not speak highly enough of the staff at the hotel i have paid backSalfee the money he lent me with interest and told him he must learn english and he will go a long way with the attitude towards his work and customers he has thanks for everthing Kenneth Ballantyne

The staff were excellent and room comfortable. We were disappointed with pool and outside facilities as looked dirty and unused. Breakfast was not as fresh or as much variety as other novotels we have been to but again.the staff were excellent . The staff was excellent. I came for a conference at BITEC and it was not close. I should have chosen one which is close to BTS as there was not even an option to walk around the place. There is nothing close except a fuel station. The room service has a very selective menu and does not cater to Muslims so for me it was like I am in quarantine. The minibar was empty which I do not understand when you have the guest's credit card on record. Two bottles of water means, I had to call room service for a mere soft drink.

Very disappointed to arrive and find the pool closed, "for maintenance". After checking the pool area it was locked and the gardens in disrepair. It had clearly not been open for a long time. A staff member told me it had been closed for 2 years which was quite believable after seeing it. Yet the hotel has not alerted people in its booking ads and pictures that is has NO pool that functions. Note, the hotel itself is nice BUT its isolated and set back off to the side of a very busy road to which you can only turn left when leaving and can only enter the hotel from one direction to enter. (unless you take poorly sealed back streets through a factory area at the back of the hotel). Thus, convenience (7eleven) and shopping is hard to get to and too far from the hotel. Overall, would not stay here again even if the pool was open!

It’s a little old and very far from everywhere. Not a walking distance to anywhere. The room was small but clean. The bathroom way too small. Feel like I’m Japan it’s that tight. There electrical not many options. There was only 2 plugs and can handle Europe plug a bit difficult for Thais or American’s plug no usb plug which I’m honestly disappointed. Oh hair dryer were great. The staff were friendly and speak good English.

Comfy room with great breakfast
This was my first time staying in a Novotel so I wasn't sure what to expect but had quite high hopes. The hotel didn't disappoint, the interior is very stylish, staff were polite and friendly,were able to give advice and help us with transport. The room was very comfortable, free fruit were a bonus. All was clean and worked well. Location is not perfect as one needs to take a taxi or a free shuttle (only 1 in the am and 1 in pm)to get to a mall/downtown but that wouldn't put me off staying there again. Breakfast was fab too!

This property is good for shopping at Mega BangNa. It is also good if you don't want to stay in the City of Bangkok and more on the outskirts. It's about a 20 minute ride to airport.

I stayed at Novotel before and was given one of the renovated rooms/ floor. I didn't realise that not the whole property was renovated. When I booked this time, I was given a room that was filthy, old and smelly. There was mould stain in the sink and bathtub grouting. Big stain marks on the table. I asked reception to change me to another room letting them know I was a member of Le Club which Novotel was part of to which they rudely informed me that as I booked through expedia, I am not entitled to any benefits of Le Club and wouldn't change my room until I demanded it. The bar service was slow and often forgot our orders unless promoted. Overall a very disappointing stay.
