“Fr iendly, fun and basic”

We had a private room, even though a large part of clientele is backpackers who use dorms hotel is clean, friendly and well located--and low priced

“Great place - but staff can be better”

Lub D was a great place to stay - good location, great price, great rooms - but the staff were not very friendly. I think it was because there were so many people and it's so busy, but they didn't seem overly friendly. Some didn't speak English well, but most communication was okay. Good facilities and tour desk (although not helpful if you ask "Which do you think is more interesting?"). Great rooms. The whole hostel has character and ambiance, so overall it is good.

“Very good installations and location”

Excellent installations and location. Rooms are well equiped but have no ventilation (just AC), and they smelled.

“Absolut empfehlenswert”

Sowohl Gäste als auch Angestellte waren alle sehr nett, die Zimmer (private) waren sauber und die Zimmer wurden täglich gereinigt. Sehr coole Architektur! Ein paar Gehminuten entfernt gibt es viele kleine und gute Restaurants bzw. Foodcourts. Ein Tipp noch: Lasst euch an der Rezeption eine Visitenkarte geben und euch darauf den Namen des Hostels und der Straße auf Thai aufschreiben. Vereinfacht die Taxifahrt extrem, da viele Taxifahrer nur Thai lesen können.
