Overall the hotel was an awesome experience. Staff was great. Spoke perfect English and bends over backwards to assist you in any way. We were greeted like we were royalty. First class all the way. The hotel hosts the famous Sky Bar and it is always busy and packed. If you room is past the 50th floor, you will have a line to get to elevator for your room because of the traffic getting to the Sky Bar or restaurants on the top floors. Weekdays not too bad.

I can't fault the hotel at all. The staff were really helpful and brilliant. The bedroom was worth every penny and loved all the little touches they give you with different scented candals and scented sticks everyday and sweet treats. The Vertigo restaurant and the Moon bar is something you must absolutely do during your stay. The spa is amazing and the best thing to do after a 13 hour flight. The food throughout the hotel is catered for everyones needs and there is so much choice.
I arrived at 9am and was greeted by friendly staff. Check-in was quick and efficient, I was assigned a room in less than 15 minutes. My room was clean, neat and airy. The bathroom was in excellent condition. I was able to have breakfast either on the 27th or the 2nd floor. The 2nd floor had more variety of food, but overall both areas are great to enjoy well prepared food. Staff greets you all the time and your needs are attended without any hesitation. I was totally delighted when I received flowers and a very tasty cheese cake from the hotel management for my birthday. They went above and beyond to make my experience a total delight. Last but not least I traveled alone and had a marvelous time.
Everything was perfect. This was our second visit and there had been some changes but always for the better.
The staff were so charming, efficient, always smiling and helpful. The prices in the restaurants were a bit high but this is to be expected in a five star hotel. The quality of the food was first class.
