“Good Hotel - expensive parking”
Generally good, good location. We had the premier room, but I was a little surprised to be charged a high parking rate a check out.
“Excellent”
Excellent
“Very satisfying experience, great staff.”
Overall delightful experience. Very attentive and courtious valet staff made us feel welcome from the start. Check- in staff was magnificent. Room was very spacious and clean. Although initially concerned with possible road noise being located on the front of the hotel, we were very pleased how quiet and comfortable the room was. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others
“Very Nice!”
Interior Design and furniture is very nice. Comfortable beds. I was unaware of the additional charge for parking, so that came as a surprise. Location is a few blocks past downtown, but Banff is so small it hardly matters. A little pricey, but a very nice hotel.
“A downtown delight”
Close to downtown ammenities, and excellent service. Not the best of views, from any room, or floor
“Conveniently located & great restaurant!”
Good, clean, hotel. Great place to base oneself in Banff - conveniently located close to town and train/bus station. Restaurant food & service was excellent. Free wifi was brilliant - easy to connect, and strong signal. Front desk & concierge service was lacking/disinterested, and concierge desk ski reports weeks out of date. So, a good place to stay if you don't need front desk/concierge services.
“A very very good hotel”
The hotel was within easy walking distance to many of the shops and restaurants downtown. The hotel itself was very clean and the valet and staff were exceptionally friendly! While we didn't spend much time at the hotel or eat at the restaurant I did have a chance to go to the pool and whirlpool. It was an indoor pool in the lower level of the hotel and the area was very well taken care of.
“Not too Impressed”
I have just returned from a holiday stay at the Delta Royal Canadian Banff hotel. While the location is extremely convenient...its just 10 mins walk from the center of the town,I fell the staff could do with a bit of more friendliness and a bit of knowledge of what their own hotel offers. They did not seem at all helpful or courteous. The room however was large and comfortable.
“Very nice hotel”
Went to Banff for holidays. Nice hotel, clean and good service. Restaurant is good. About 10-15 minute walk from the city centre. Totally reccommend it, good value
“Great Location”
The hotel is right on the main street of Banff, can easily walk to the center of town, great view from our room, great staff and would be the place we would stay the next next time we are in Banff.
