The rooms at the chalet are like a 3 bedroom apartment. They do not do daily housekeeping so you can maintain your privacy during your stay, everything you need in the kicthen is there except the food. There is a tv and dvd player in the living room, a fireplace and a bslconey. We enjoyed our stay and would not have a problem going back in the future.

Our family of four stayed at Canadian Rockies Chalets for our spring ski trip. Very friendly staff at front desk and nice roomy chalet that was clean to stay in. Could not ask for anything more and would return again.

Excellent value, superb for 2 couples. Near groceries stores & shopping & restaurants. On major road and only 10 minutes from Banff.

Front counter people were very nice. The condo was just as described, roomy and well equipped. Price through Expedia was very reasonable. There were five of us and we would stay again if we were visiting the Banff area.

“Clean, comfortable, great kitchen”

New clean unit with comfortable beds, great well equiped kitchen with oven, stove, microwave, good assortment of dishes, and bright living room kitchen area. A very comfortable and pleasant place to stay. Only downside is that room is not available until 4:00 p.m. and that is a little late if you arrive early in the day.

It was amazing .Everything was so perfect .Prefered to all our friends to stay there next time anyone hits for Canmore. Dream come true. It was clean too.

“Rocky Mountain Value”

Great value - I didn't pay a lot and wasn't expecting 5 Star either. It's clean & well equipped. Walls are a bit thin and being beside the train tracks might not be for everyone. As a skiing family, the place was fine and we'll be back.

Very nice. We slept 6 comfortably in this 2 bedroom unit. The kitchen was more than adequate. Was initially not impressed with "basement unit" but both bedroom windows were above ground level with a walkout patio door in master bedroom. Hot tub great.

“Canmore's Best”

Wow, wow, wow! My girlfriend and I needed a little rest and relaxation to the mountains for the weekend and that is exactly what we got at this beautiful hotel! The chalet was very clean and offered more than we had expected. The staff were terrific and we were even upgraded from a 2 bedroom to a 3 bedroom and were able to have an early check-in time. We will definitely book this chalet again when in the Canmore area!! Customer service still lives and breathes at Canadian Rockies Chalets!!!
