“Just perfect”
The Banff Aspen Lodge was a very comfortable stay. It suited my friend and I's needs perfectly. Aside from the hot tub closing too early for our liking, it offered a cozy outdoor hot tub for relaxing, excellent staff, a continental breakfast and easy access to the shops in Banff. I would definitely go back!
“Pleasant surprise”
We did not expect it to be higher star hotel that was discounted so we were pleasantly surprised with the amenities. Staff were very helpful and friendly. We stayed in 6 various hotels in Canada and this was the only one with a kettle allowing guest to have a choice of either instant coffee or tea and a coffee maker for the north american guests. We liked the room configuration, two double beds with partition and dual wash basins.
“Very nice hotel”
Close to everything, clean, updated rooms, very nice hot tubs. Would stay their again. Staff was friendly as well.
“Excellent”
I'll choose it when i come to banff next time
“Didn't want to leave”
Stayed just for one night with my brother, we LOVED this hotel. We've both travelled a lot and thought that the service, comfort and facilities were great. The front desk staff could not have been more helpful. There are two fabulous outdoor hot pools which were a perfect way to relax after a long drive and with outdoor temperature of minus 16. Our rate included the continental breakfast which was fresh and included a nice selection of fruit, cereals, yogurt, pastries, juice & tea/coffee. We only wish we could return every weekend.
“Impressed”
Staff very friendly and helpful, changing of room was not a problem after finding the room we booked was on the 1st floor and wanted to move higher. Room appeared newly renovated, comfortable bed, older tv though. For the price, one of the better deals in banff.
“mary toronto”
THis hotel is ok for us , room is clean and look good but only one thing need to improve is breakfast.. nothing to eat too much.
“Great Location”
The location of this hotel was great and the price was reasonable, however, the hot tub with the fireplace outside (from the picture ad) was closed, I forgot toothpaste and the front desk didn't have any nor did they have a wine opener.
“great hotel bad room location”
This is a great hotel, wonderful room and breakfast room plus the hot tub was great!! the location of our room was not wonderful. It was right across from a elevator and just down the hall from the front desk and hot tub, the traffic and noise was excessive and I was kept up most of the night, the room was beautiful but its a bad location, dont take room 110!!
“Great value for price, nice touches”
What great value for money. Staff were warm and helpful, room was well done and recently upgraded. Hot tubs are a nice addition. Breakfast included can be a bit slow for seating if hotel is busy but it's a sweet addition. Would recommend.
