Property Amenities
Rooms
As downtown's only all-suite hotel, the Tremont Plaza Hotel specializes in the comforts of home. Suites range from 450 to 1,400 square feet (choose from one-bedroom, two-bedroom or studio) and come with free high-speed Internet, kitchenettes (fridge, microwave, sink, toaster, china, flatware, glassware) and a roomy workspace. Elegant touches like extra-tall headboards and massage showerheads accent the plush décor without making it feel overly glam.

Dining
Choose from three on-site eateries, all of which serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. Grand Café, a French-style brasserie with casual contemporary fare, puts a premium on fresh ingredients. Its menu changes daily and features an assortment of gourmet sandwiches and wraps, as well as homemade pastries and gelato. Tug's Bar and Grille sticks mainly to steak and seafood -- served Chesapeake-style, of course -- and Plaza Deli lures guests with its eclectic sandwich menu.

“Great Stay!”
This was great!
“Loved it!!”
My only complaint was that they cleaned the rooms pretty late in the day (usually about 1pm or 2pm).
“Very Nice, plus had a great veiw”
I've travel a lot so i can apreciate the little differnces in hotels. Staff was great, gave us a room with great view of city. Rooms were very stylish, (and of cousre clean is a must). and good bed (I'm picky on beds). Plus the kitchenette area was nicely stocked. I would definitly go back. Much cooler then a typical boring hotel room.
“Over Rated”
Not a "Plaza" Hotel. Very disappointed.
“Close to everything!”
Got the room for an Orioles game and a day in Inner Harbor. Both were in walking distance. Got stuck in the hurricane, but staff was very nice and let me easily and cheaply book another night when wasn't able to get out on my chekout day. Neighborhood the hotel was in was a little sketch, though. The hotel itself was very nice.
“we loved the "ambience" of this hotel. The entire staff was INCREDIBLE!”
Everything was wonderful at the Tremont. The entire staff, at the deli, the housekeepers, the valet, security, front desk were all wonderful to work with. Our room had a little leftover trash behind the curtains but nothing horrible. We felt so at home on our vacation!
“A Sweet Suite Hotel”
My husband and I spent the holiday weekend in Baltimore and stayed at the Tremont. It was a fabulous hotel-all rooms are suites and extremely large and comfortable. Our king bed was great! Recently renovated, this hotel was clean and rooms had mini kitchens, sofa beds and huge bathrooms. The staff was wonderful-we asked for a room with a view and they gave us one on the 37th floor overlooking the city. I would recommend this place to anyone. It is only a short 15 minute walk to Inner Harbor and all the things to do. They even provided a free shuttle to area restaraunts for us. A great small hotel for the money!
“Cracked Windshield”
What had been a very pleasant experience ended when the valet returned my car (after four days in their care) with a huge crack in the windshield. To compound the problem, the director of Security tried to refute responsibility suggesting that the crack was there before I left the car with them. When I pointed out that I had to sign a document that detailed a scratch on the bumper and that there was no cracked windshield the director backed down. I just hope that they make good on the promise to pay for the repairs (~$1,300)
“Happy :)”
The best customer service hands down. I have stayed at many a hotel, but they were truly one of the best when it came to client satisfaction. The valet service clearly had their work cut out with me, as I went in and out several times a day, but they never once complained and were always on top of things. Valets were the sweetest guys ever! The hotel is a little farther from the inner harbor than I had thought, but not anything that I would worry about. Having a mini-kitchen in the exceptionally clean room, really made it easy to not have to eat out every single meal (which can get really boring). The only complaint I have is that the water plumbing made noise at certain temperatures, but I am sure this will get resolved once the construction is done, which by the way, only bothered me once, and they were quick to accommodate every one! Very pleasant experience and will definitely come back when I return to Baltimore.
“Nice and Private”
Good stay...would have been better with a Mini-breakfast bar.
