Nice Hotel. Close to Mall and Casino

The hotel was clean and well maintained. The breakfast was good except for the corn beef hash. It was watery and not very appetizing. The bed was hard for a hotel bed, but it was comfortable enough for me to sleep. The location was excellent for going to the mall or casino.

First Hotel That i have been to that gives you free breakfast and dinner , not to mention the food is really good !!! I LOVE THIS PLACE !!!!!!!!!!!!

Hotel was very clean, but when we got in our room carpet was very wet, also the linen that goes on the sofabed was wet and they put it in the bag as if it was dry. when we called to the front desk to get more linen they said they didn't have anymore clean linen to give out. so they told us to bring it downstairs so they could wash/dry it, never heard of a hotel running out of clean linen

The room was a little tight. The bathroom door hit the bed when opened. It just felt close. Nice condition,clean etc. Breakfast was not as good as other places.

Loved the room however gal at front desk was rude. It was on two separate occasions during stay. I thought it may have been us but then I observed her with other costumers. It was my daughters 21 st Birthday and something that was planned for months to go to casino. I was disappointed with the desk attendant but I decided to let it go and focus on the special occasion!

Great hotel but...

This hotel is an excellent property especially for access to the casino. The room was very clean and comfortable, the grounds well maintained, and we greatly enjoyed our stay. The hotel provides on-demand shuttle service so you can avoid the severe traffic problems of the mall & casino. The only negative was the horrible excuse for a hot breakfast offered. The egg pancake was rubbery and tasteless, the corned beef hash watery and bland, the mini-donuts both ice cold and stale, and pastry completely stale. The first waffle I attempted was uncooked - the waffle machine had no heat whatsoever. The OJ was good and I recommend guests stick to cold cereals, yogurt and toasted breads.
