The informstion on the property inducated 'pet friendly' but the facility had no areas for pets to relieve themselves. Most importantly the pet 'cleaning fee' (basically pet rate added $150 to the room rate of $175. Do the room was actually close to double the rate. This was mentioned no where on the Sheraton site nor Expedia.

I booked two weeks in advance paid if full. Two queens beds when I get there one bed and a cot my son is over 6 feet tall I’m over 6 feet tall. Neither the hotel or Expedia wouldn’t help me at all and took my money!!!! Watch when booking through a third party now it’s all about the money not the customer at all!!!!

The property itself is confusing since it is advertised as a Marriot and a Sheraton. The bed has a large crater in the center. It was the most uncomfortable night sleep I have had in years.

horrible stay, they gave our room to someone else, sent us to another Sheraton, 21 miles away, told us to come back on the next day at 4pm to check in to our original hotel. meanwhile I had business at the convention center, located next to the hotel... we had to wake up CHECK OUT AT 11AM... UNACCEPTABLE I HAD MY ROOM RESERVED FOR 3 NIGHTS...

Check in was awful , the rooms we had prepaid for were not available . They scrambled to get us 2 of 3 rooms , the third room was a Murphy bed with a rollaway cot . Staff sprayed the room twice because it was so musty … unacceptable . Would never stay at a Sheraton property again
