“location is key”
excellent hotel in a great tourist location. Had a great time and enjoyed the Baltimore harborplace very much. Room was clean /parking was accessible (although a bit pricey) enjoyed our stay immensely.
“Rennaisance”
Good Experience
“Excellent service!”
Staff provided outstanding friendly and courteous service. Very comfortable room with soothing linens and Aveda toiletries. Small refrigerator is better than a mini- bar. No on- site restaurant but many nearby, including in the attached shopping mall. Perfect place to stay at Inner Harbor.
“Great location--very noisy!!”
Great location and staff was very helpful!! My only complaint was the noise level!! Could hear everything in the hallway, rooms on either side of us and outside!!
“right where you need to be”
the room was very nice did'nt get the veiw I wanted but owell.the one bad thing it was way far from the elevators.
“Quality and Comfort”
Loved the hotel and we upgraded to a room with a view of the harbor that we did not regret. Everything was great except we wanted to use the hot tub and pool and it was overrun by a lot of young girls that were in for a cheerleading competition. I don't think they should have allowed the young girls in the hot tubs and the pool area was way too noisy to enjoy so we didn't get to use it at all. That was a disappointment and we were surprised that girls that come to competition would come to such a nice place instead of staying at a hotel that would be more reasonable for the teams and families budget. Aside from that the hotel was beautiful, the desk help were really friendly and helpful and the accomadations were very nice. I think the could offer free parking though. Would stay again.
“EXCELLENT STAFF...LIKE FAMILY!”
EXCELLENT STAFF...LIKE FAMILY! VERY CLEAN AND YOU CAN NOT BEAT THE LOCATION!
“Inner Harbor Hotel Baltimore”
The hotel was very nice and clean and directly across the street from the Inner Harbor. The only drawback is that the hotel is huge. That meant several things: our room was a long way from the elevators. The elevators were crowded and we often had to wait for 1 or 2 to have room for us. The lobby areas were also crowded and congested.
“Nice, only 1 but for the price”
Would recomend but internet should be free in the room.
“Nice hotel for touristing the inner harbor area”
We've stayed at the Renaissance before to visit Inner Harbor attractions and it's hard to beat for that. It's across the street from the pavilions, has a mall off the lobby, and has car service to local attractions. We had a spacious and quiet room, which from previous visits we knew to ask for because rooms on the Pratt Street side experience street noise. Pratt is a central thoroughfare. Service was fine. Personally, I do not like being charged thirteen dollars a day for wireless internet, and in fact being charged for each device separately, like a laptop and iPad. It's sheer profit taking. If Clarion Hotels can offer it free, so can the Renaissance. The odd aspect of the hotel was that we went to breakfast in the fifth floor main restaurant, which we knew had excellent views of the harbor. The restaurant got nothing right. It has crowded, but that's no excuse, lots of places get crowded. They just did not know what to do with the crowd. Our waiter did not greet us for 15 minutes, forgot to bring setups, said she was not really our waiter, then took our orders, which took a while to arrive....what the...???? A thoroughly weird experience.
