STAY AWAY!!!! This property was horrible. the owner and desk workers were horribly rude. My room barely locked, reeked of cigarette smoke after I booked a non smoking room, had bugs in the room, no smoke detector, mold in the bathtub, and so, SO much more. They refused to give me a refund stating if I didn’t like it I should leave. Horrible service and unsafe accommodations. Stay far away. Travelers BEWARE!!!

I liked about the property is my kids were able to swim at pool & mingle w/other children I’m not sure if they had rooms here but the kids did have fun. Also, the hotel is close to where I needed to go at for the evening. Upon arrival to the hotel, they were a young couple, blocking the door to get in outside arguing was getting to room number one there was a dirty bedding in the bathroom has mold all in it. Room number two the tub appears as someone had just used it. You can see the dirt right at the drain the ceiling head peeling paint and appears to have mold in it that big covering had burn holes in it as well, and the room smells as if, the carpet had been wet and not clean properly. The AC unit is so dirty that when you turn it on you can see particles coming through. It appears that the filter has never been cleaned. The third room had mold in the shower on the shower curtain. There’s scum all around the tub the iron was missing. None of the rooms had a refrigerator nor microwave. There’s no ice machine anywhere near & said that there was breakfast There’s a sign no breakfast temporary down. There was a man that kept walking all around the whole facility over & over again.I asked him was he a security and he refused to answer so all night I have been watching my car due to the window in the room next door had been busted open. There’s a lot of weird activity going on at this hotel that gives me vibes such as drugs being sold and prostitution

Put it this way the price was great, but the bathroom was awful. I guess you could say you get what you pay for. The bathroom looked dirty around the toilet and the shower curtain was brown looking. I will never stay there again.

It is run down, smells bad, everything is broken and the shower curtain had holes, tub was uneven, very dirty and lamp doesn’t work, no continental breakfast as described and no ice machine. I wish I could upload photos and get my money back

When I checked in the staff was rude. The batteries to the remote was dead and the tv was so low and couldn’t change. They gave me a hard time to get a new remote or even just batteries. Two days into my stay the smoke detector batteries started dying and beeped every 20 seconds! I asked if they can change the batteries and no one ever came. I checked out days later with no one ever coming. The bathroom was dirty and the shower barely worked. The shampoo and other items were clearly used! The in room coffee pit had no cover to the water and was filthy! The area was unsafe. I was awaken at 11pm to someone rattling my door knob. I had to scream that I was going to call the police and then they left. If I could give negative stars I would!!!!!!

Absolutely the worst place I’ve ever stayed at (and I used to work in the hospitality industry). The room smelled horrendous and every time they came to do housekeeping it smelled worse. I bought 2 cans of fabreeze to try and help but nothing alleviated the smell that I can only describe as a smell one can find at a bar that hasn’t been cleaned in 10 years. Shower was broken, sink was broken, safe was broken, most of the outlets were broken. They state they have breakfast- they don’t. The stairways smell like urine and are never cleaned. 0/10- do not go. Internet also did not work half of the time. While we were staying there someone overdosed in a room couple of doors down. Cops, ambulances, the works. Stay away.

We didn’t expect much for the price charged. It is an old, run down, dated hotel. Room itself is fairly clean, all things considered, but the outside area smelled of urine and garbage. Booked a none smoking room, that room reeked to high heaven. All our clothes and hair smelled like we spent a night in a club 20 years back! Remote to the tv did not work, safe is useless/doesn’t shut. Promised breakfast was not served, only apology given and no explanation. Front desk person was on the phone speaking Hindu and trying to avoid checking me in for good 20 minutes ( I was the only one in the checkin area), till I finally interrupted her and got my key. It did have a pool and the cleaning lady was nice and cordial. Some restaurants and a convenience store nearby.

Most of the amenities listed for this property on Expedia were not available. There is no more breakfast in the morning. The WiFi was non-functioning. There were not even any vending machines, and the area where they were selling snacks, etc., was mostly empty. Seemed like sort of a seedy part of town -- not super safe. Per what was listed on our booking in Expedia, we had a non-smoking room, but they insisted we'd reserved a smoking room. (Who has smoking rooms in 2023?) Would not recommend.

Place was incredibly dirty, has bed bugs . The place entirely is a drug area saw someone leave in a body bag last night the pool was ice cold . The breakfast was closed woke up in the middle of the night to someone trying to open our room door . & front staff gave them a key to our room ?? Just unsafe entirely and not worth to sleep here even for one night

I had stayed at this motel a number of years ago and it was okay, nothing spectacular. So when my son, daughter-in-law and one of my granddaughters needed to stay up in that direction for a doctors appointment early in the morning, that this being just a few miles away from the appointment, I thought okay. WOW, has this place really gone downhill fast. I have worked on many section 8 apartments that are in much better condition than this pig sty. First off, there is supposed to be free WI-FI, such was not the case, no internet access and the lady down at the front desk had no clue on what to do. Secondly, the door hasp has been forcibly broken off and not repaired. Did they have a break-in and not report it, much less repair it? He had to wedge a chair under the door handle for safety. Thirdly, there is a huge gap under the door to let all kinds of critters in and out of the room. Fourthly, the smoke detector has been removed. Maybe that's why the place smelled like cigarette smoke? Number 5, the carpet was torn up in a number of locations. Number 6, the headboard trim was torn off of the wall and not repaired. Number 7, the TV remote was missing the back cover. And number 8, even though they continue to advertise "continental breakfast", there was no such thing at all. I suggested that they be given another room, but they were so exhausted from their long drive and it was hard to say that any other room would just as trashy as the one that they were in.

I booked this particular room because the listing said that free breakfast was included and also an outdoor pool was available for use. When I arrived, there was a sogn posted saying that pool use and breakfast are not available until further notice. I would have stayed elsewhere if that was made clear prior to arrival.

It definitely cost too much for what you receive. The bathroom was gross and horrible. Stains all over the bathtub. Stains on the shower curtain. I really didn't want to use it. I really would like a refund. No microwave and no refrigerator. Awful 😞😞😞

We walked in and the room smelled so bad that we couldn’t even stay. We immediately went back to the office and complained about the smell, cancelled our reservation and left. The hotel was not what was pictured on the website at all. It was actually a motel turned into a Ramada. The phone was even broken.

Online offered pool, free breakfast and Wi-Fi. No free breakfast for at least 2 months but they false advertising it. Pool was not open and no one gave any reason why. Wi-Fi was so weak it didn't work anywhere on the property, even the office. The carpet was so dirty it turned my feet black, the tub floor moved when standing in it, the hairdryer was broken and the smoke alarm had black on it. WORSE HOTEL EVER!!
