“Can't go wrong”

Nice large clean room, small bathroom. Friendly Staff. Short walk to Convention Center (1 block), longer walk to the inner harbor but not terrible. Didn't use room service or parking so i can not review those services.

“Great price and great location to the inner harbor”

The only issue was the alarm clock was missing its power cable and we had to call up another one.

“Would definitely stay here again!”

This hotel was conveniently located within walking distance of the Inner Harbor and many restaurants. It was very clean and the staff was very friendly. With the exception of ALL building vending machines being empty, our stay was perfect. We definitely plan to return.

“Great stay for conference”

Stayed here for one night two days. Staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. My room was comfortable. Bathroom was a little snug, but for my purposes was just fine. I did especially enjoy the different pillow types on each bed. More than enough choice for comfort! I was a little disappointed that the drink machine on my floor was sold out of water and such, but other than that the stay was very enjoyable.

Area recommendations

I would recommend staying around the Inner Harbor area. Anything outside of this when you are unfamiliar with the area can be tricky and intimidating. The immediate surrounding of the hotel was nice and the Convention Center couldn't be any easier to get to. Just a short walk. Could have used a few more places to eat in the area other than the hotel, but a couple of nice establishments within walking distance.

“Would go back”

This hotel was booked last minute using the "secret" hotel option at the very reduced rate. I was very pleased with the hotel. The only thing that I was dissatisfied about was that we didn't get to choose the king bed or 2 queen beds. The room was clean and our view wasn't that great but it was very enjoyable.

“Great Hotel for Football game”

Staff was great, helped direct us to good late night food and was very courteous upon registration. Room was great! Comfortable beds and having a refrigerator and microwave was a huge help. Only problem was that vending machines were broken on most floors and our remote didn't work but we didn't spend much time in the hotel anyway so it was fine.

“cheap but handy”

This hotel is near the harbour area but is not up to the standards of the bigger hotels in the area,which reflects in the price. The room was fine but the pool area needs a freshen up.

“Highly Reccomended”

The hotel was completely booked so we were not able to check in early, but the from reception staff was extremely kind and helpful in making us feel welcome to use the facilities. Parking was right next door, very convenient. Rooms are updated and clean.
