“Very Friendly Staff, Close to everything, Great Breakfast To!!!.... Thanks”
Clean ..Friendly ..Close to Everything..
“Good hotel”
Humton Inn I stayed was good hotel. Room was clean, staff were firendly and location is close to harbor area. But, only two things I was not satidfied with. One is break fast. Area of breakfast was too crowded to find seat. And the breakfast has gone just at 10am although I did not have enough breakfast.... Second, Inner area 2 block from harbor is a little bit dangerous. I could not walk near the hotel alone at night. If you have child, you should stay at hotel located just in front of the harbor. Other than that, the hotel is very good.
“wonderful stay in baltimore!!!”
It was a great hotel! They were up to date with the bedding. A new way to make sure the comforter was extra clean. Very impressed. it had a great ambience for the historic Baltimore area. Only ten minutes from the airport. It was only two blocks from the downtown shopping are and from the harbor. Wonderful options for breakfast. Helpful staff that directed us to the light rail to get back to the airport. Had an indoor pool. Only complaint was there was banging around outside our door of the last day there at 8:30 in the morning... loved this hotel and would definitely stay here again!!!!
“friendly staff”
nice clean would stay again,,2 blocks from harbor shops and dining, freindly staff.
“We would definitely go back!”
Just one block from Inner Harbor. Excellent breakfast served till 10 am, then free coffee and fruit all day. Comfortable modern and clean rooms. Convenient (though expensive: 32 dollars/day) valet parking with in/out privileges. But parking rates around Inner harbor all seem to be pretty expensive. Nice fitness room and indoor pool. Friendly and helpful staff. The valets were friendly, helpful with directions, and quick with retrieving the car. We found nothing negative about this hotel and would definitely come back when in Baltimore. We saw all kinds of hotel guests: business people, families with small and/or teenage children, older couples, etc. and I think this hotel is appropriate for all these types of travelers.
“very happy”
excellent location, very good breakfast which was included, very nice rooms, clean comfortable beds. excellent value for your money. Would definetly recommenf to friends and family.
“Good Hotel with Broken Air Conditioning”
We have stayed at this Hampton Inn before and we really enjoyed it: good location, nice staff, etc. This is why we booked the hotel again. This stay, however, was colored by the lack of air conditioning. Our room was 87 degrees all night, and we got very little sleep as a result of this. We understand that these things happen, but we weren't informed of the problem when we checked in, and we were told throughout the evening that it woudl be "about a half hour more." In fact, at one point, we were told that the a/c was actually fixed and just required us turning the unit on and off. After waiting about an hour an dnot getting any relief, we called the front desk who informed us that the a/c wasn't actualy fixed. Throughout this, the staff was very nice and professional. I just wish we wouldn have been told right away -- pehaps we could have been moved to the Hampton Inn down the road. We'll stay there again, but just be sure that everything is working.
“Great Hotel...but find alternate parking”
Our stay was great over a July weekend. The breakfast included in the price was really good too. Overall the hotel is not why we were in Baltimore, so it definetely served its purpose. However, it cost an additional over sixty dollars to park for the weekend. I am from Philadelphia and find that astronomical. My only advice would be to seek alternate parking options before you arrive.
“Worth the money.”
The hotel is located close to the inner harbor (about two blocks) and the convention center. Nice and clean room with wired Internet. The air conditioning and the fridge were quite noisy, but the comfort of the bed made me sleep well without hearing anything. Tried the gym and the swimming pool. Both are well maintained. Talking about breakfast, suprisingly, the breakfast items changes a little bit everyday. There is always free coffee at the lobby.
“I was totally impressed and the free hot breakfast was excellent!”
Everything was great!
