Close to BWI and available

Posted 27-Jun-2014
Pros: The location and the studio room, although I wasn't there long enough to use the kitchen.
Cons: An airport shuttle at a minimum! I would think between the 2 hotels, 1/2 a mile apart, a shuttle would be used all day long!
Location: Ruby Tuesdays, 7 eleven, chili's, running/jogging in the office park.
I had to stay here last minute due a flight cancellation. The price and location were right so I made a prepaid reservation on Expedia. Unfortunately, the hotel doesn't offer an airport shuttle, despite being only 2 miles from the airport! That wasn't a huge deal that evening BUT, the cab driver took us to the wrong hotel! You see, there are two Extended Stay hotels 2 miles from BWI about half a mile apart. Luckily it was a short walk through an office park and it wasn't raining. The room itself was decent but I've stayed at nicer places for that price ($117.)

What a pit. Has lots of potential. Worn out and not kept up.

The hotel was conveniently located to all major roads which made getting around easy. The room could have been a little cleaner and a better selection for breakfast.

I would never stay again

Posted 28-Apr-2014
Pros: nothing
Cons: they could be cleaner - and up dated
Location: the best thing about this hotel was I was across the street from cracker barrel
the hotel was dated- I requested clean bedding and had to wait 2 hrs while they washed a couple of set. And I thought all sheets had to be washed off site with special cleaning solutions

Conveniently located to highway

Posted 03-Apr-2014
Pros: Convenient location to local highways. Pleasant staff from front desk, cleaning and maintenance people
Cons: Update the satellite tv service to provide more channels .... somewhat limited...
Location: Close to get to downtown Baltimore, sports arenas, airport and casino ... not bad location at all
Pleasant staff. Will stay there again if in the area.

Stay away

Posted 10-Mar-2014
Upon arrival the staff couldn't find my reservation. The walls are very thin. You hear everything going on around you at all times. The bed was horrible leaving me with back pain. I will never stay there again. The room seemed trashy due to cracked and popped drywall too.

Nice hotel, but rude welcome

Posted 24-Feb-2014
Cons: Train the staff to not ask questions about race, and not make judgemental comments! It is rude, makes the guest feel belittled and unwelcome.
I was picked on my choice of smoking room due to my ethnicity. The woman asked me to confirm my ethnicity, even though I asked her why it matters! I arrived 15 mins before checkin time, which probably got the woman upset. I even apologized for being early and thanked her for trying to get me situated. I did that despite feeling completely unwelcome. I should not have had to apologize! I have worked as a motel receptionist before and I have never make a guest feel like they needed to apologize! Good hotel, but I would not return there again just for that reason.
