Pros: The staff was really friendly. It was a clean hotel.
Cons: I suggest upgrading the beds. The beds were uncomfortable. It sank in the middle and were loud when I moved around.
Location: It was 15 minutes to the convention center, which we were going to for the weekend. Easy to find and get to.
Overall it wasn't a bad experience. It was just not as comfortable as most hotels I've stayed at. The beds were noisy and sank in the middle.

Breakfast was a joke

Posted 15-Dec-2014
Breakfast was oranges and packaged muffins. There were 4 police officers in the lobby on checkout. Wouldn't stay again unless I had to.

Quiet Hotel

Posted 25-Nov-2014
My experience was very nice. The only thing I would want them to do is upgrade. I think they should have a shuttle bus to take the guest where they need to go. I also think they should have a place where guest can sit down and have breakfast. But the part I love is they have mini kitchens in the room, flat screens, and very nice and clean room. I will be going back very soon!

Overnight near airport

Posted 21-Oct-2014 on Hotels.com
This hotel is in an office park and not easily found without a GPS. Overnight stay near the airport. I needed to print a boarding pass, but the night clerk did not have access to a computer. There was a kitchen, but no ice bucket available in the room. Towels were poor quality. Breakfast was noted on the listing, but it was 'grab and go' and consisted of a packaged muffin and coffee.

Good price, decent hotel

Posted 20-Oct-2014
My key did not work the first time I attmepted to unlock my room. It was very upsetting that I had to go back downstairs to get the issue resolved. Other than that, room was reasonable and so was the price.

Quite disappointed in overall stay. Complimentary breakfast was weak coffee, wrapped muffins, and granola bars. Wouldn't stay here again.

Pros: prompt service
Cons: rate was fair to hotel atmosphere
Location: not too far from downtown
When I arrived (after midnight) I was already checked in and only had to wait for the keys to be made. Unusual in most hotels... most hotel won't check you unless you show up first I had an issue trying figure how to turn the shower. I called for assistance and someone from the hotel came to my door in less than 5 minutes. That's way faster than any other hotel I've ever stayed in... Very impressive!!
