“Typical Steigenberger”

I've been to several Steigenberger properties, and found them to be consistently decent and clean - sort of a German Marriott. This property has a good location, decent restaurant, helpful staff, and the expected small european rooms. No complaints.

“Traumhaftes modernes Hotel in Top Lage von Kiel”

Sehr sehr schönes und modernes Haus. ÜBer INternet gebucht. Total gut. Allerdings in der 1.Nacht kein Babybett trotz schriftlicher Bestätigung des HOtels. Hatten sie vergessen und auch keins mehr verfügbar. Das darf im 5 STerne Haus nicht passieren... An sonsten alles super - Lage direkt an den Kais wo die Kreuzfahrtschiffe losfahren - ist ein Traum !

“Immer wieder gerne ...”

Das Steigenberger Conti Hansa ist der ideale Platz um in Kiel zu übernachten. Nur ein paar Meter von der Fußgängerzone und den Fähr- bzw. Kreuzfahrtschiffsanlegern entfernt. Die Zimmer 1A sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Bad verdient ein Sonderlob! Eine Duschabtrennung die tatsächlich den Rest des Bades vor einer Überschwemmung schützt und eine Armatur die die Warmwassertemperatur auch einhält. Der Service ebenfalls sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Allein im Raucherbereich "Wintergarten" könnte sich öfters mal eine Bedienung sehen lassen um Gläser, Tassen und Aschenbecher zu entsorgen. Ansonsten TOP!

“Für einen Kurztrip gut geeignet”

Das Steigenberger Hotel in Kiel gleicht eher einem Durchschnittshotel. Leider wurde das Restaurant zum Zeitpunkt unserer Reise umgebaut bzw. in einen anderen Raum ausgelagert, daher gab es zum Frühstück keinen Tisch mehr für uns. Als wir deswegen ohne Frühstück auscheckten (wir hatten auch ohne gebucht, hätten aber gerne dort gefrühstückt), gab es kein Wort des Bedauerns vom Herrn an der Rezeption. Das Zimmer war in Ordnung, alles sauber und die Lage nah am Wasser und der Innenstadt sehr gut. Nett war der Service in der Bar!

“TOP LAGE - Gerne wieder!”

Hotel liegt wirklich sehr gut! Egal ob zur Seeseite oder zum "Kleinen Kiel". Service sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend! Einzig 18 Euro für die TG (24 Std.) als Hotelgast sind etwas happig.
