“Fantastic service must go back !!”
We had a totally luxurious holiday made perfect by the attentive staff at St Regis Bali led by Mr Bagus . Full marks for top luxury and everything that you expect of a first class hotel .
“Great place to relax, luxury at its best”
Great place to relax, luxury at its best! A wonderful place, starting from the two men that sit in the reception and play a musical instrument all day. The breakfast buffet was plentiful, and actually more like a brunch. The facilities as far as the restaurants were well priced, and it appeared that the staff had your interest at heart and not just the hotel. The pool areas were great, lagoon area, enough places just to hide and relax! The spa is nice, but the treatment available just a little overrated.
“Excellent time”
I travel all over the world on business and pleasure and I have seen many hotels with many hotel chains. This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. I went there on our honeymoon and I must say, the hospitality was great. It is slightly on the expensive side for a normal traveler, but it was worth every penny. The Resort has limited food options, but there are lots of other restaurants to explore in Bali that you wont be disappointed. All an all a great experience.
“Great beach!”
The property is some ways from hot spots like Seminyak but works well for those who enjoy the beach, a premium property and great service. Its not hard to rent a car and make side trips to places of interest. On that note Ulu Watu was stunning. It wasa great, relaxing experience with the right amount of sightseeing thrown in
“St Regis Hotel - Experience Breakfast 5 star plus!”
St Regis is definitely a 5 star hotel - very new in it's form, though the flight arrival check in service was just amazing - first class service through customs to hotel check in. The St Regis breakfast experience is first class - with chefs offering you their speciality dishes all morning, your choice of any alacarte dish you desire, including wagu beef for breakfast. a 2 hour start to each day and the staff provide service beyond anyone's expectation - well worth a stay at this hotel for the breakfast alone. Rooms, rates etc - all worthy of 5 star. A little on the outskirts of Nusa Dua, so not for everyone as a little secluded, though just perfect to ease into Bali mode.
“One of the best ever”
I am a world traveler, have stayed in a large number of 5 star hotels, and have developed a high standard. Someone can say that I am rather picky. This is the first time I have been at the Saint Regis (that I found on Expedia). I and my wife had one of the most pleasant experiences of our lives. The service and the accommodations were superb. The local restaurants were top notch serving a sophisticated cuisine. The beach was... just paradise. We had such a good time at this hotel that we decided to stay there the whole time. We did not even venture outside. We were looking for relaxation and a good time and that is exactly what we got. I strongly recommend this hotel if you are looking for something peace in paradise. We will definitely go back in the future.
“Paradise on earth!”
We stayed in one of the sea side villas with their own pool and private garden. Amazing! The ocean, sounds of the waves, and beach just a few steps away. The restaurants are both very good, modern; you don t feel like you are eating in a hotel restaurant. Service and staff are 10 out of ten!
“Overpriced”
The hotel is new and quite luxurious. The suites are quite impressive. We already knew that we were paying 4-5 times the average price of a five star resort at Bali. But what we figured when we reached there is that the most luxurious rooms at the resort cost even more - the pool suite and the villas. Overall, we paid too much and the resort has nothing to justify the incredibly high price vis-a-vis other hotels. Nusa Dua is a good area of the city where are the luxurious hotels are located. If you are just interested in a luxurious beach vacation, this is the right place. However, if you want to discover Bali and you are traveling half way across the world for Bali, then it might be better to look at resorts in Ubud or Kuta.
“Amazing hotel. Will definitely go back ASAP”
The hotel was incredible and the service was second to none. Perfect location, great facilities and a secure environment. The only minor downside was the price of alcohol specifically wine and Champagne. Everything else is more the worth the cost.
“A true pearl”
First I have to declare that me and my wife are accustomed to Ritz-Carlton hotels, so we get used to quality. Yet, this St.Regis resort is simply flawless. Staff should get a 10+, they aren't just simply kind, but during our stay we truely believed that their no.1 purpose is to make us happy and relaxed. Rooms are large, classy and equipped with the newest gadgets. This resort made the St.Regis name a true brand for us.
