The staff are so friendly at the Magani. We had a lovely room, that was clean. the hotel is located in a really good sport making walking everywhere we like to go so easy. I am a return visitor to the Magani, and will definitely stay again. The buffet brekkie was also delicious with a huge range!

We were only there a few hours… 7pm- 8am. It was wonderful to be able to eat dinner in the pool after a long flight and long visa line. The music from the drag queen show gave us a nice boost of energy. Breakfast was delicious.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Magani. The location was perfect for shopping and eating. The staff are extremely friendly and so helpful. They go over and above to serve you. We will be returning and recommending this hotel.

We stayed for one night only as we were in transit. Great sleep, room clean and very comfortable. Breakfast had an excellent choice. Pool was a good temperature. The staff were excellent, nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely stay again.

Very clean and staff were lovely. Good location close to many restaurants and bars. We had a scooter and were able to park securely in the basement car park. The only thing I could say was a negative is that there is no proper bar area where you could sit and watch the street, you had to sit in the restaurant, which just doesn’t have the same vibe.

Everything about this hotel was great. Location, clean, the staff and service. Pool was a good size, the only downfall was no umbrellas for shade when the sun was out in the afternoon.

This property is fantastic for the price. Staff are super friendly, the rooms are clean and quiet, and everything you need is within an easy walking distance. You’ll be very happy here as it makes for an enjoyable relaxing holiday.

Hotel was in a great location and loved Mozzarella restaurant dinner. It was good, clean, helpful, with obliging staff. Had concerns about sun over pool but was not as limited as expected. Would prefer a better/larger offering for breakfast. Would definitely stay again.

The Magani is an elite property 5 star the staff are incredible and can not do enough for you The spa is one of the best I’ve been to thankyou to the spa staff they are excellent and very friendly and kind Thankyou to all at the Magani for yet again a wonderful time I will return soon

We LOVED staying at the Magani Hotel & Spa. It was everything we’d hoped for and more. Our deluxe room overlooked the lovely pool below. It was spacious, well set out and very modern. The Mozzarella Restaurant had amazing food for very reasonable prices. The breakfast had a large assortment of choices, all very tasty! I’d highly recommend this hotel to visitors. We will definitely stay there again!

This is my 3rd stay at the Magani. Staff are friendly and room was large in size to accomodate 3. Unfortunately the room was located on a main road. The first night being a Saturday night, was extremely noisey making it hard to sleep. Having spent 4 nights prior at a very quiet property ,it wasn’t a good experience. From the last time I stayed at the Magani I noticed no smoking signs up around the pool area. Unfortunately people still think it’s their right to light up and still smoked around the pool. You need to monitor this better as non smokers don’t appreciate inhaling others smoke. Which brings me to breakfast. The buffet was lovely as always and staff were attentive however people were again smoking at breakfast in the outside area. It makes enjoyment of the breakfast experience not great.

This was our first time staying at The Magani Hotel & Spa and we thoroughly enjoyed it! The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, the whole property was spotlessly clean, the bed was very comfortable, breakfast was plentiful with great choices and dinner at the onsite restaurant was excellent. We have been visiting Bali since the early 80s and have stayed in all sorts of accommodation over the years. This is one of our favourites and we will definitely stay here again on our next trip to beautiful Bali.

The Magani is very trendy and is aimed to IM people. The planning of the building is quite poor as all public areas are open around the quadrangle, virtually no air conditioning in these areas. The bedrooms are nice, spacious and comfortable.

Magani arranged pick up to hotel from airport. It was once again a great place to stay. Service 5 star and location in walking distances to beach and shops and restaurants ,bars. Staff were always there to helping you with minor things. We would recommend to familys and couple it has everything you need and ticks all the bixes. Price is very reasonable.

Excellent hotel and staff very helpful and friendly. I just wish smoking area around the pool were used and non-smoking areas were enforced but the people that did smoke smoked where they wanted, I had to constantly move or completely leave as no other sitting areas Also smoking was also allowed in the restaurant eating area which made it hard to enjoy the meal. Australian people that smoke need to do better.

Hotel standards have considerably dropped since reopening after Covid. We have stayed at this hotel on more than 20 occasions since the hotel first opened and it has certainly dropped significantly in standard of service and amenities. Check in and counter staff are rude and care little about guest circumstances. On both occasions of our stays this year our room has not been ready to check in and we have just been left to find something to do until it is ready without any offer of drinks or food to make us comfortable whilst we wait. The hotel is now extremely noisy with drag queen shows 3 days per week. Definitely not the hotel it once was, known for fantastic service, good food and relaxing surrounds. Time to find a new hotel.
