From the time we arrived which was 12.30pm we were told our room was ready and we could check in early. We were greeted on arrival with a cold refreshing Lemongrass Tea and some delicious dried Broad Beans. We arrived in our room 107 to the most beautiful smell which was an oil burner with an exotic smell in oil our bathroom. Our room was so clean and the added bonus was the water cooler with both hot/cold water. Every morning our room was serviced by the wonderful staff who were very helpful nothing was to much trouble. The pool was crystal clear and the gardens were very well maintained. We dined in the attached resturant several times and have no complaints, the service was always prompt and rhe food was delicious. My wife and I loved our stay so much that we are booking to come back in September.

Room was a big size. There was automatic water machine in the room so you could have cold water at any time. Bed was big king size and very comfortable for sleeping. The whole hotel have only 30 rooms.This is why there was not more then 5-6 people in the pool at any time in 8 days,except once(15). Pool is good. 0.7m on one side. and 2.5m on the other side and big enough for swimming. It is only 300m walk to the beach from hotel.There are a lot of restaurants close to hotel and massage places. Breakfast in hotel was ok but I wouldn't book it again. There are better options around.Hotel also got washing machines if you need to wash anything and is free. All the stuff are very nice and helpful. There are mainly older people that comes to this hotel.

I had a fantastic stay here with my family. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating. It is small which make it great by the end of the trip everyone knew us and looked out for us. The pool was fantastic my daughter loved it. The restaurant was a highlight great food and service in a good spot to people watch. Try the lobster was great! Thanks for having us! Would come back again!

We enjoyed our 2 day stay at The Rama Garden Hotel. Our room was clean and comfortable and the pool area was nice and relaxing. The Staff are friendly and helpful. We ate at the Hotel Restaurant a few times and the food was nice. The Hotel is in a great location, just a few minutes walk to the beach and shops.

We enjoyed a quick 4 night stay here, family of 4, 6 and 8 year old kids. The location is great, a quick walk to the beach and it's central to shopping and resturants. The room was spacious albeit a single sofa bed only, so the one child was in the king bed with us. Our balcony was too hot to sit on, with aircon units blowing hot air straight onto us. The bathroom was very nice. The gardens and pool area was beautiful. There's is not enough seating for all guests. Would recommend this place for short stays, groups or those wanting an affordable option that is not old.

Rama Garden is a great smaller hotel with a family feel. The staff were super helpful and very welcoming. Brekky was nice and tasty and the location in Legian suited us perfectly. We will stay here again in the future. Thanks Rama Garden Team 👍

The front desk staff were not at all helpful, most disappointing. Our room was at the back in a dark corner, no lighting on the stairs. room 205, avoid this room. toilet and shower leaked. we asked to be moved but had to ask several times. then after 3 nights, were moved one along. wow. so no ground floor for us despite being promised one for the last few nights of our 10 night stay. Very mean! other staff were fantastic excellent in fact, Breakfast good! we got very ill and ended up visiting the hospital. front desk lady didn't even consider moving us to help us be more comfortable.

Great quiet place, staff are amazing very trustworthy. I heard rooms had recently been renovated but the room we stayed in had a few leaking issues and broken tiles, but the aircon worked and bed was comfy and room was clean.

It was a secret but it’s out there now. I love staying there nice and quiet more for the older person close to every thing great restaurants in walking distance. Thumbs up.

Great small Hotel friendly room staff who couldn't do enough, Reaturant was good staff very nice but at time seemed short handed at meal time with a lot of walkin business. Only suggestion room needs a Guest Information pack on what hotel has to offer Room service, menu, Laundry etc after 8 days we were still not sure what was on offer. Also a bar/Restrurant member taking orders around pool would offer great service and extra income for the facility

Bad experience
First room allocated was an old room that hadn’t been part of the last renovation. It smelt damp and had a mouldy smell. I notified reception and was moved upstairs into a cheaper room with no refund offered. This is the second time I have had this experience at this hotel. Clearly there is a problem with the rooms that haven’t been renovated. I expect an apology and explanation as to why they still offer rooms that smell. I explained to the reception staff that I was unhappy that this is an ongoing problem that hasn’t been rectified from a year ago. Make sure you ask for a renovated room if you intend on staying at this hotel,
