“Bali Hai”
Can only have good reviews for the hotel and staff. From the welcome to having to leave our experince was great. Staff so helpful and friendly. They will go out their way to make you feel welcome. Thought the breakfast buffet was good. Only point I would make would be to use the local taxi (blue) rather than hotel taxi as the hotel transport is more expensive. Go local and barter. Also down the beach and at the Bali collection there are a number of alternative restaurants so your not restricted to the hotel. Try it and see. If you disagree then you can have your say.
“Great choice for Bali.”
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Perfectly located for beach and set in large, beautiful gardens. Ample sunbathing areas around the pools and gardens and a good choice of restaurants, all with pleasant outlook. Our room was spacious with both sea and pool views. Excellent service each day from the friendliest and most helpful staff we have ever met. There is a pleasant shaded walk that links with gardens of other adjacent hotels and the beach. Definitely a perfect choice for a relaxing, luxurious break.
“Happy Family @Nusadua Beach Resort & Spa!”
Great hotel with Great Kids Club! Three of us (Mum, Dad & 4 yr old son) stayed at the Nusadua Beach Resort Hotel for 7 nights in Feb. 2011. We stayed in Deluxe Room the first 3 nights and luckily got upgraded fr. Superior to Deluxe Room until the last night. Buffet Breakfast was included and thankfully we got breakfast box on our last day coz our early flight. The hotel complex included spa private swimming pool & the swimming pool with sand area was very good for kids. The Brilliant Kids Club was FREE (everyday from 9am to 5pm and until 9pm on Thursday)...if you like! The Staff in the kids club were very friendly! We had very lucky few days with very beautiful low tide beach! We saw the beautiful starfish, fish and crabs, even prawns! While our son was in the kids club we had very nice Couple's Spa for 3.5 hours, romantic buffet dinner with Balinese Dance Show,played tennis and we had very fantastic PADI-Snorkling with excellent instructor & joined the yoga class too! They also have Bali Dance Class, Aquarobic and Diving Class, Gym and swimming in the Spa pool and jacuzzi which are FREE! The Front Manager & staffs were very friendly and had a lots of smiles. We definitely want to go back!! Note : You can walk (10mins) or use free shuttle bus to Bali Collection (Dept. Store, Restaurants,Shops,Supermarket & Spa. are in there)The Spa there was good, clean and much cheaper than hotel spa.The Spa and some of restaurants there also have FREE taxi(private car) service.
“Luxury comfort”
Stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel is luxurious with a lovely pool and surroundings. The spa is delightful, with a sufficicently equipped gym, and separate male/female jacuzzi, steam room & sauna facilities. Massages are good (but expensive!). Our stay included buffet breakfast - there was a huge variety, and we were spoilt for choice! I'd imagine that taxis from the hotel to town / to Kuta would soon add up in cost, but my fiance and I rented a motorbike which was a much more economical and fun mode of transport.
