“I'll be Back”

The staff were very friendly and were very accommodating. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite and it was fantastic. With the 4 of us it was very comfortable. I would highly recommend the Novotel Nusa Dua. There are quite a few restaurant close by and the local transport outside are very honest and charge a good price. I can't wait to go back (two thumbs UP)

“Fantastic hotel for all in Nusa Dua”

The hotel suits everyone with a hip bar playing funky music all afternoon and into the night providing great cocktails and bar food. To the great family friendly atmosphere with kids club, pool floaties provided and a junior massage, nail painting service by the pool for kids. The room was very clean and well maintained. And food was fantastic from the room service to Pause Cafe and the Square restaurant. We barely had to leave the hotel during our week stay as all our needs were catered for. I have 3 small children of ages 5 and under and I highly recommend this hotel.

“Novotel for a relaxing break”

If you are looking for a 'quiet' relax, then the Novotel Nusa Dua is a good option. It offers excellent value for money (if you look for Expedia specials). The hotel has a daily program of activities to suit all ages. I love my spa treatments, however, this time found the reflexology and some of the other treatments to be 'nice', however, for real reflexology that hits all the spots, walk to Pause Cafe (at the rear of the hotel) and exit the glass doors. Turn right (whilst still in hotel car park) towards the Circle K shop, then cross the road and you'll see SHIVA REFLEXOLOGY - small green building with glass doors. There are 2 men who do Reflexology and they are brilliant and Soooooo cheap. They don't really speak english, but suggested feet, hand/arm and neck/shoulder massage for 1 hour - it was brilliant - they really know what they are doing.

“Bali Nusa Dua Family Holiday”

The hotel satisfied the expectations in almost everything. All the staff is very friendly, and keep their attention on the customers all the time. Rooms are very comfortable, and clean. The swimming pool is very nice, to enjoy it even with young kid. Pool staff takes care to conduct different activities during the day for kids and adults. The beach club is nice, even if it is not a t the hotel there's a regular shuttle from-to it, and takes 5 minutes or less to get there. If you do it walking then takes about 10 to 15 minutes, and is just crossing a golf field so the view is very nice. The restaurant food is not bad at all, prices are reasonable as they are also in the bar. Kitchen-Saloon coordination for service needs to be improved a lot from the management point of view. The location of the hotel is very convenient from-to the airport, close to a shopping and food court (about 15 minutes walking). General experience: VERY GOOD I will go back with my family if I have the chance. Will recommend it for families with babies and young teenagers.

“Spacious, clean and modern”

The Novotel is located in the 'private', clean and well manicured location of Nusa Dua and was an ideal retreat location. The hotel Spa facilities are brilliant and very reasonable priced (by 4 - 5 star hotel standards). The bathroom facilities were luxurious, spacious and trendy - and this was in a standard king size room. The hotel's cafe is a quieter option to the breakfast area and if you have children, the Kid's Club facilities were wonderful. If you are looking for hustle, market style haggling & shopping - then better to stay in Kuta, Legion etc. If you are looking for a complete relax with well presented facilities (ie high standard of accommodation), then this is a lovely hotel. I thought it was actually 5 stars!

Fabulous place to relax

“Great family accommodation”

We stayed at this hotel with two small children (6 and 3) and had a great experience. The room (2 bedroom apartment) was spacious, clean and comfortable. The only negative thing I could say about the room is that the kitchen wasn't stocked very well with utensils for cooking and there wasn't a microwave oven. That said, we ate out almost all the time anyway but it would have been convenient to be able to make the kids something from time to time. The staff were friendly and the service was good. The hotel pool was large enough that you never felt like it was crowded (even when the hotel was full) and the beach was pretty and located nearby. The kids club was well run and the carers were very good with the children. They also provided babysitting in the evenings, which we used twice. The kids club staff do the babysitting and looked after the children very well. Regular transport is provided to nearby shopping and the hotel beach. Overall, this was a great place to stay with young children and I'd highly recommend it.

This is a very nice and reasonably priced hotel in Nusa Dua. We enjoyed our three day stay here a lot. I would recommend it to everyone.

“Excellent Everything”

This hotel is beautiful. They actually upgraded us to the penthouse...4 bedroom - gorgeous apartment. Serivce was excellent and grounds gorgeous. Couldn't have asked for anything better.
