Beautiful hotel w/ friendly staff. Very clean inside & out. The grounds are full of natural island foliage. Walking distance to shopping/restaurants. Hourly shuttle to market. Beach front property including 2 pools, a kids area/playground. Great restaurant but much cheaper outside the hotel. Would totally stay again! A bit far from sight seeing, typically about an hour traveling. Only about 30 min from the airport.

“Good location & beachfront facilities in quiet Sanur”

Two really nice pools and great beachfront seating with direct sun and shade palms. Sanur is quieter than Kuta side and while the beach is not as nice, at Mercure, the area is protected by a reef and provides gentle waters for wading, renting jet skis or going para-gliding. The resort is comfortable, but is mostly booked by French tours, so most guests speak only French, although in Bali the locals speak English. The restaurant is way overpriced - go outside and up the road to find a good assortment of restaurants and places to drink. Rooms are clean & comfortable, staff helpful.

A very comfortable hotel and a nice place for light kiteboarding and water sports. It is a very windy beach so there are lots of seaweeds on the beach, very quiet and great service.

Great hotel in lovely grounds with lovely friendly staff. Quite location but transport is cheap or utilise the free hourly shuttle provided.

“One night in Sanur”

This is a lovely hotel - beautiful grounds, a grand entrance, discreet and attractive pools. The room is large (we had a deluxe room) and comfortable. The bathroom is a little dated and could do with a good clean, but is large and adequate. The light switches could be a little more conveniently located, but this is barely a quibble. We would return to this hotel in the future.

“Nice place to stay!”

The Mercure hotel is a nice place to stay when you're in Sanur. It's not in the middle of the city center, but close enough and with many restaurants nearby. Staff does it's best to make your stay pleasant en it's wonderfully quite! Good breakfast. Always seats and beds available at the beach and the swimming pool. One bit of advice: in the area around the hotel are nice spa's, for much lower prices than at the hotel. We loved the spa Suar, a few minutes walk from the hotel!
