First we stayed here for two nights but we liked it so much we returned after our trip to Ubud for another two! The location is great - close enough to walk to Kuta Beach and the Square as well as the nightlife. The actual hotel FEELS Balinese with the architecture and kindness of staff. There was a temple on the other side of our room so we can see into the temple and hear the music at night which was awesome. The breakfast buffet was great for the few dollars extra you pay though there is a bakery literally across the street where you can get a sweet (or salty) roll for 3,000rp (pennies in US currency!) There are also many places to eat around the corner including a bakso/soup place which was super cheap and delicious! (There were also many locals so you knew it was genuinely good) We had a late flight on our last day but there was a storage room where we were allowed to leave our bags. We also noticed that towels are not provided automatically, seems you need to request them and they bring them at that point which was a bit odd.
Heaven Hills Villa's now known as Paradise Loft, it's approximately 30/40 minutes from the airport. The accommodation is clean & well maintained, not suitable for travelers looking for raging night life, more for couples, honeymooners and for peace & tranquility. They offer half board which is a very limited selection but make sure that you advise reception or your likely to be forgotten and go hungry and there is not an eatery on hand.We had the 1 bedroom villa and the air con. is in the bedroom it felt like it was 1/2 hp and struggled to cool both rooms, it would be great if they provided a kettle & microwave it would be a big plus for the villa's. A few faults that can be easily rectified.
This Sofitel is a little over a year old, consequently the facilities and accommodation are virtually brand new. The Hotel itself is a magnificent structure which affords a huge swimming pool and several suites and villas with their own private swimming pools. The hotel stands adjacent to Nusa Dua Beach with magnificent views. Comfortable King Sized beds (a feature of the Sofitel Hotel Group), fantastic ensuite bathroom...even with a heated seat electronic bidet, rainwater style shower, enormous bath, mini kitchen, full sized refrigerator, well stocked mini bar, beautifully carved wooden dining table, large flat screen TV with plenty of channels in both lounge and bedroom and a very large terrace style balcony make this the ultimate experience for any guest. The local Balinese staff add to this hotel's wonderful ambience. Their attitude is beyond reproach, happy that they can please a visitor, happy that visitors provide employment and think of the Sofitel as their hotel... therefore love to hear visitors' positive comments and praise. The Club Millesime is large and well appointed, and here the staff cannot do enough to make you happy with your visit. After experiencing more than 16 Sofitels around the World, this would have to be one of the best one. If you're visiting Bali, make sure you book this Sofitel any other Hotel can only be second best - Highly recommended

Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua will feature 415 hotel rooms (including 17 villas), one ballrooms, five meeting rooms, a multi-function …More
Our garden view room overlooked lush tropical gardens, a river and had glimpses of the ocean. The surroundings were very relaxing and the multi-tiered pool with slides was fun with the kids. Just what we needed.
This is a place i definitely will come back to if I visit Bali again. The hotel staff are brilliant. They go lengths to ensure our needs are met. One of the staff members took me abt 5km on his bike so that I can exchange some currency and what more, he was on his day off!! He did not expect a tip as well, just said bye and went home. They made food the way we wanted(we are vegetarians) and did not disappoint. Clean rooms and brilliant ambiance. Offer all services just like the other hotels do, but we did not step out to other hotels for their services as these guys were just amazing.
I cannot fault this place! It is the nicest hotel I have ever seen in my life. The view is stunning, as are the surroundings. The hotel is built on a cliff edge with gorgeous pools at the front over looking the ocean. Pink and orange flowers decorate the white architecture, reminiscent of Mykonos really. The service is impeccable and buggies will escort you around the hotel (it is that huge). There are several restaurants (all serve delicious food) and there is plenty to do down at the beach if you decide to head down the stairs of the cliff front. Kayaking, wind surfing, or just sun bake on a bean bag/lounger on the sand. There is plenty to do around the hotel as well, including cooking classes or visit the little shop. The rooms are absolutely beautiful. We were blown away when we arrived at this place, and already planning on going back!
This was the second time I stayed at Le jardin villas and the experience was again excellent. The free shuttle service was very handy, we went shopping and to potato head and they were more than happy to drop us off and pick us up. From both locations. Our flight wasn't until 1am. We were offered a late check out but checked out at 1pm and were able to use the spa room for a shower before they took us to the airport at 10:30pm. The customer service was great as was the food. I will be staying here again!
