There are no room charges for children 10 years old and younger who occupy the same room as their parents or guardians, using existing bedding. Some facilities may have restricted access. Special Check-In Instructions

Although normal check-in time is 2 PM, flight details and desired check-in time must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to arrival. Failing that, the room will be made available at 5 PM, the room's air conditioner will not be switched on, and fresh flowers will not be prepared. Hotel is legally obliged to switch off the air-conditioner when room is unattended due to general electricity shortage in Kuta - Bali, particularly to unknown check-in time.
Airport taxis are readily available with every flight arrival. They are now managed by Denpasar Airport Authority and are very reliable. Its taxi counter is located next to the arrival exit gate. Taxi fare from the airport is fixed and must be pre-paid at the taxi counter. Guests should provide the full hotel address at the counter. The fare to the hotel is less than USD 6 for a 10-minute drive.
According to local regulations, every hotel guest must be registered and credit card/cash guarantee for incidentals must be settled upon check-in. Hotel security guards will assist the registration for check-in after 10:30 PM and incidental guarantee settlement shall be completed in the morning during breakfast time.

“Pity about the building sites next door”

The hotel was pleasant enough the room a good size with a great balcony. only problem was the leaking bathroom. The staff were pleasant enough and easy to communicate with (although we did report our very leaky bathroom but nothing was done about it.). I found the pool area to be very hot and could be improved immensely with some grass and some umbrellas . (there was only limited fake turf which got extremely hot, burnt my feet.) Unfortunately there were noisy construction sites on both sides of the hotel, but luckily did not continue through the night. .

“Nice, clean but busy”

I have been to this hotel several times since it has opened and as it has become more popular (mostly with Aussies) it has become noisier. But that is probably the only bad point. The hotel is neat and clean and there are always maintenance and renovations and updates going on. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Very happy with the hotel. Basic, but clean. Room was serviced efficiently. Pool was nice and poolside service was good. Would definitely stay there again. Only negative would be the buffet breakfast was average, although the egg station was good,

“Febris the place to stay”

Excellent customer service, Rooms & Hotel was fresh and clean everyday. Pool sparkling and inviting. Quite hotel that is family orientated. Great breakfast's all meals very nice. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Close to beach, markets and a reasonable close walk to Kuta square for shopping. Definitely would stay again with your Hotel. Free transport to the airport on check out that was great, thank you Febris Hotel & Spa.

“Going back in September”

We had 11 nights at this hotel, the staff are very nice and friendly, the rooms clean, cool with plenty of room, the pool is very clean, big, it does need more shade, we were at this hotel in May 2009 and the trees provided plenty of shade, but as they have lost a lot of there leaves, it does need something more. We did have a good stay and we have booked to return in September.

“Casual and comfortable”

Febri's is great for a budget stay and yet with facilities. My 4 yr old son loves the Kiddy Club and the pool is nice. We were upgraded to a family suite which is what we needed for a spacious and good night of rest after all the excitment during the day. Love the fact that it is tucked away from the rowdy Kuta area and yet it is easily accessible by foot. Kunyit Restaurant opposite is a must visit too for authentic Balinese cuisine with great ambience!

“Tuban's best 3 star hotel”

I recently stayed at the Febris in a family room with my brother. We booked a family room to have the extra room. The staff are extremely friendly, the hotel & facilities are very adequate & clean. The only complaint I would have is that the air conditioner was a little noisy (but then again I am used to a very quiet atomosphere as my brother did not notice it). The mattress was a little bit too firm. Otherwise, I would have no hesitation in recommending the Febris to anyone looking to stay in Tuban (South Kuta) area in a very reasonably priced hotel.

“A Good Value For Money Hotel”

Me and my girlfriend spent a month in Bali and stayed at many hotels but Fenri's was the best! Well situated (5 mins from the beach and shopping mall) with a great pool and attractive surroundings the hotel was better than many charging twice as much. Good, attractive room, quality cable TV, reasonable A/C (a trifle noisy if you can't sleep but does the job well) and decent view. Helpful, cheerful, unobtrusive staff always managed to get everything done while we were at breakfast and left the room both clean and sweet smelling. Internet (pay per session) only available in the foyer (no WIFI in rooms) and an uninspiring breakfast was all that stopped it getting a five star review :O)

Traveller's tip

Don't get ripped off by the local vendors 25,000 RP is more than enough for most T-shirts... most vendors will happily accept 20,000 or less if you tell them that's all you're willing to pay - although they will usually ask for 250,000!
