The staff are fantastic, were extremely friendly to our 5 year old son. everyone was always up for giving him high 5's. Room was tidied daily. The mango daquiri are decent and cheap!
The pool is very close to the rooms beside it (they can step straight into it, which was a little off putting at first. But other than that not worth the worry. Breakfast could use some extra options, but what they do serve is yum, and the egg station is excellent.
Would recommend for the staff and comfort alone.

Staff was exceptional, great start to a trip. Nice to arrive and see so many friendly staff. Property is kept clean and rooms were in great shape. Comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Would stay again.
We truely enjoyed our 10 night stay here. As soon as we arrived we were made to feel welcome. The staff were amazing, always available and gave great suggestions on where to visit, always engaging in conversation which made us feel very comfortable.
I found this hotel to be walking distance to restaurants and night life (garlic lane being a popular spot) but it’s not too central so it was in a nice and quiet spot at night, which was great for our young kids.
The rooms where a great size for 5 of us and the beds where very comfortable and well sized.

Check in was easy. Room was dirty, towels weren't changed in 5 days, no soaps provided, nothing was replenished except water, cups/glasses weren't cleaned. Bed wasn't made properly. Breakfast was below average. Fridge in room didn't get cold only cool.
The Staff were absolutely wonderful, our room was maintained with exceptional care, awesome place to stay, within walking distance to markets and beach.
The restaurant staffs were very friendly they treated us like family.. the service of Cintya,April,Nyommon the manager,Windu and Magendra was top. They wauted for us nightly until 12 am to finish our dinner eventhough the restaurant closes at 11 pm. We will miss you guys.
Dian the hitel manager was very helpful in many wats too
The hotel pictures on the app were too old . The hitel needs a lot of repairs and upgrading Many 5hanks to the rooms cleaners . Very professional.
Great central location allows you to walk to most places. Located near Legian foodcourt which is great for its choice of. I don and western food ..and cheap. Convenience store next door with teller machine. Staff incredibly friendly and helpful. Decor a little tired and dated, but rooms are large and clean and have a rear balcony. Breakfast choice limited but fine. Large clean pool and nice bar area. Value for money is outstanding
Terrible wifi, tv reception non-existent, lots of overdue maintenance on quirky surf board theme. Cannot recommend though cleN.

Check in was smooth and location of the property is also very good. Near enough to be able to walk everywhere but also slightly removed from the main centre to make it nice and quiet.

Hotel is a little old. But great location, nice and quiet and still in walking distance to everything, staff are very friendly, food is nice, rooms are good, verandah overlooks the pool. Will stay there again

My husband and I booked Bliss Surfer for a quick low budget stay in Bali and absolutely loved the location, staff, food and cleanliness of the room.
The resort could probably do with some maintenance if you look very closely, but overall it was a great getaway. Thank you to the beautiful staff.

It's the second time I stayed here and it is better than the first.
The pool has been upgraded and there are now lagoon rooms available.
Also the WiFi is stronger and the breakfast buffet is reasonable at 7 Aud net.
I'll stay again for sure. 😊

The bathroom has many problems. The room and furniture are not clean well. After I paid extra money for late check out they said it has some terms and conditions but you have to pay huge money again. When I took a shower the room filled with water splash. The room floor become wet.

The location is not good at all! Far from shopping, grocery, ocean. Food is really bad. Never try their dinner Barbeque buffet it is disgusting and nothing to choose! Staff has average english and not helpful. the people looking at tourists as money. 90% of people staying at this hotel was South Asians (Indonesians or any other similar nations).

It was an amazing place to stay for a short trip with my partner. Love the location as well. Staff were friendly and helpful. But was slightly disappointed with the aircon. It didn’t make the room as cold. We didn’t wanna call in about it as me and my partner were too lazy to shift room. So we dealt with it. Other than that, amazing stay!

Noisy school next door impossible to relax by the pool Roosters crowing early morning and night beds uncomfortable constant doors been slammed and trolleys in corridors worst stay not relaxed pay the extra and stay somewhere else do not know how it got all the reviews.

We regret to learn that your stay was falling short of your expectations due to noisy of School and Rooster every morning. However, this issue was not our standard service and out of our control. I had share your feedback regarding the trolleys moving to related department for further development. Concerning to the guest convenience we need to remove the Palms pool, we did inform all of our guest regarding this issue two days in advance, so they can changed their activities. Probably, have half day tour or shopping around Bali.
Please accept our sincerest apologies for the inconvenience you have had and I wish this situation will not mar your whole impression of the hotel and hopefully you will give us a chance in the future.

Great hotel and value. Even though it is non-smoking, I had a room where the previous occupants definitely smoked. They were able to change my room for me though and my second room was great.

The only negative was the primary school next door, building site and sound of roosters early in the morning as I’m not a morning person.
