We loved this hotel. There was plenty of room for the 4 of us and it was great to have a spacious environment to relax in after a day out. The added bonus of a kitchen made our experience more enjoyable too. If the kids were too tired to go out for a meal we could easily rustle something up. At first we were a bit concerned that the hotel was not near the pools as described in the advertisement but this turned out to be not an issue, you are still in the same complex as Jayakarta Hotel and the gardens and pool area is fantastic. Overall I'd definately go back to Club Bali Suites.
"“Value for money... we had a wonderful vacation!!”"
After reading a lot of reviews on the Jayakarta I was pleasantly surprised from the get go. Reception were friendly and helpful, our bags were taken immediately to our room where we were shown around and had all queries answered. The rooms are old and don't have open windows, door fly-wire or ceiling fans, however the air-con works efficiently as does the fridge. The queen bed was super comfy, pillows the best I've ever had and the sheets were crisp and clean, with plenty of bathroom towels and complimentary water.
Our room seemed quite safe and secure, however as there are no room safes I took my own personal safe (google "Pacsafe" anti-theft travel bags & security products) to store my laptop, iPad, passports, cash etc, and strapped it to the bathroom sink!
Our first afternoon was memorable with the setup of a beautiful wedding, so my first impression was awesome. The pools are clean, the gardens are gorgeous, and the massages are to die for (thank you Krisna). The breakfasts were wonderful and the choice was amazing. We were there for two weeks over the school holidays, and it wasn't half as crowded as I was expecting... although, for some reason we seemed to wake early and left our rooms at 7am most days.
My daughter had her hair braided the moment we arrived (AUD$20), had her finger/toe nails painted with flowers (AUD$5) and loved the massages (AUD$15 1hr & AUD$7.50 half hour). We'll definitely return in 2015.

Perfect hotel, great location, loved it. The hotel suffers from a pool with a lot of shade but that's easy to overcome with sunbaking before 3pm :) would happily stay at the hotel again and recommend to friends
They surprised my wife with a birthday cake during breakfast. We were very impressed. We weren't expecting a full fledged kitchen too.
The free shuttle to shopping areas was very prompt and friendly too. Overall with very courteous service we enjoyed our stay very much.
Wonderful place to stay if you like snorkelling right off the beach, water had good visibility and lots of fish and coral. Room was extremely clean and comfortable and staff were really helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Rocky for all the help he gave us and was great meeting Mona and Boy. Food in restaurant was good and really reasonable prices for food and drink and mini bar. Great having free shuttle into Lovina however wasn't a very long walk. Also great little restaurants in the town itself like Up to You, Akar - a lovely vegetarian cafe/restaurant and Jasmine a really nice Thai restaurant. Coffee at Up to You was awesome.
I loved this hotel. It is tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The rooms are spacious and well maintained. The staff is AWESOME. Whether it was a massage or making reservations for us, setting up a driver for us and even making special Balianese dinner for us. The staff went out of their way to make our experience the best it could be. Would I return to this hotel....... in a heartbeat.
My family stayed 5 nights and loved it. Gorgeous garden setting with relaxing Balinese music and very friendly staff. Pool was great and everything you need is located close by. Staff helped me deal with the airport when my backpack didn't arrive. Wish we'd stayed longer. My favourite accommodation in my 17 days in Bali.
