Relaxing Villa Stay
Villa is spacious, with kitchen & eating area where you can cook your own meal. Hotel provide free water refill to all guest. There is a private small swimming pool in front of the villa, where we had our floating breakfast in the morning, no extra charge for the floating basket. WIFI is good.

Friendly staff, great communication and very helpful. I asked the front desk late in the evening if they could help me to organise a driver and he was at my villa 9am the next morning to pick me up and the service was excellent. I didn’t use the pool so I can’t comment there but the villa was comfortable and clean, can’t comment on noise concerns that I have read as I was out most days but enjoyed my overall 5 night stay. There isn’t much footpath if you intend to walk from the villa anywhere, if you have means of transportation it’s not far to the main attractions at all.

Good Location
Stay there for 2 nights, the pool was dirty on my 1st day due to engine breakdown. It was functional on 2nd day, and my daughter lovely to swim. Its located near to sunset road where you can found many food option.

Nice quiet villas.
Awesome villa for a great price. Perfectly located with a 10 minute walk or 2 minute scooter ride to Kuta or Legian. Has lots of places to eat surrounding and all amenities on the same street. Friendly staff, clean rooms and good size were a few of the positives. I would definitely stay again

Perfect single villa
Perfect place just out of Kuta. Was able to enjoy the pool and relax for my last day in Bali before flying back to the USA. For the price and and how nice the villa with I will 100% stay again.

The staff at the villas were very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast could be better, although they went out of there way to help with any problems with the food. The villa was very comfortable and private. It was a long walk to the beaches and no shopping close by.

Upon arrival we thought we found a gem of a villa... it looked amazing... but as time went on in our 10 day stay we realised a heap of poor qualities.. No welcome drink upon arrival, we didnt receive the normal happy balinese staff other villa stays provide No blankets on our beds, staff did get some after we requested them but they were quite dirty all laundry such as towels were dirty and smelt damp we requested a cot or rollaway for our 2 year old and they said they would get one.. we never got one the light switches barely worked and one night our children had to sleep with the lights on as no one could fix or repair the lights it is riddled with mosquitos... staff do provide mosquito nets over the beds and mozzie zappers but didnt help preventing many mosquito bites on us all The road out front is broken and taxis didnt want to pick us up or drop us off one of the biggest worries aside from the mozzies was the fact the front door and sliding glass doors to the pool area didnt shut properly or lock giving us restless sleep as we worried our children might open them.and fall in the pool at night aside from the above.. the pool was nice

The villas were nice, but in very bad area of town, too far away from beach, food was not very nice, breakfast was always cold when arriving at villa.....i would not go back and stay there and would not recommend to my friends, I prefer resort.....

We stayed in a 2 brm villa, 12-15 October 16 The place is nice, but the staff do not have very good English and do not give you any information on anything, they need to make sure that all people staying there feel special, we had to ask about the breakfast and it's fried rice every time very average, the rooms were nice but a little unclean but we loved the massage and pool

Very dissaponting and stressful :(
Villa cancelled our booking . Couldn't get onto expedia. Villa moved us to a remote village where we spent most of our moNey and time travelling!!,, and we had goods stolen as there was no safety deposit boxes. Want to know what happend to the money in he price difference. We certainly were not compensated and not contacted. Overall very distressing and disappointed.

Would never stay or recommend this place... no drinking water provided or tea and coffee ...it rained the roof leaks lounge was soaked. ..doors didnt seal so lots of mozzies Cleaners were very friendly but ladies at front desk not so friendly..... there is many nice places to stay in Bali if you want to be comfortable and not have to supply your own water DO NOT stay here...

Wonderful facilities, appalling service
- Good for independent travellers who don't mind organising everything for themselves; - I wouldn't recommend for first time travelers as it's a bit off the main strip and can be difficult to find. Taxis drivers mostly don't know it. Overall, we would stay again. Facilities are beautiful and look just like the pictures. If your holiday plan is to lie by the pool drinking cocktails, then somewhere else would suit you better.

Just a comedy of errors, delays, and mistakes. Do not do the airport transfer they just don't rock up, twice. Beautiful villa. Good for people that have been to Bali. First timers should avoid.

Not a nice location.
Location is not near the beach. it's along the river and the roads to the villa are bad. the neigbourhood is not very good and not advisable to walk out. so its either by motorbike or call a taxi. When we checked in, our villa did not have power to the lights and a/c. Was informed that the engineering dept will need 40 mins to fix the problem. bath tub is very slippery.

Beautiful Hotel with wonderful rooms and staff!
We had a great time here. The staff was wonderful and the room (we booked a villa with private pool) was clean and very relaxing. The hotel also booked a driver for us to take everywhere from the monkey forest to the silver shops and the experience was fantastic. The food was also great! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

As describe with a fully equipped kitchen, it came with 1 pan, I small frying pan, no larger pans, strainer. No microwave or toaster, cutting knifes for boards, as you would get in a fully equip kitchen. The air conditioning units are inadequate for the villa, as a testimony to the 2 large looking industrial fans provided. No netting provided for the day bed, as shown in photo, when ask about this the response was the winds damage them.

Apart from a few initial Hiccups the villa we did get met our expectations except for the lack of microwave and toaster . Biggest problem was taxis not knowing where it is, anemalouvilla , so walk around and meet the locals.great massage. Efficient delivery of ordered food. Need more info on local, close eateries etc.

Beautiful Villas , Not so good Location
Our villa was pefect and the hotel staff where also perfect. The prices are cheap and the food was exquisit. Very clean and tidy how ever there was some down falls. The loaction of the residence is terrible its on a street that seems to be the slums of bali and it is too far to walk anywhere and the taxi drivers have trouble finding it. It was also extremely noisey at nights. But even with these down falls it was an amazing holiday and would definatly recommend it to anyone who has been to bali before. Maybe not so good for first timers as it is hard to explain to a taxi driver where it is. Overall its a big thumbs up from me !!

Nice but too many operational problems
The villa is perfect, very nice design, specious and all amenities are present. We understand why we picked it and the first impression was great. However with a leaking air conditioning, lack of warm water at some times, a very poor breakfast and slow and sloppy service this was not a nice stay. Too bad because with some small maintenance (check everything before people enter) and better service and quality of breakfast this is a very nice getaway for a reasonable price.

Pool was lovely but misled
Upon arrival - we were advised that the 'private pool villa room' we had booked was not actually a private pool. We were told we needed to pay $65USD extra per night to have the villa we booked and paid for with the use of a private pool. I showed valid screen shots from expedia that outlined the description of the room inclusive of a 'private pool'. If we paid no more - we were given the room option of a 'shared pool' only. After a lengthy discussion with reception and on site manager - a price was negotiated down to $40 for the one night only then we had to make a decision the next morning. We stayed and whilst the facility was nice, it left a bad taste having felt scammed from the moment we checked in. The next morning we went to reception to ask to view the 'shared pool room' and was told - "all rooms are the same". This was confusing. We then realised that the villa we were in had 2 rooms and one room was locked. Apparently shared pool meant that they just booked other people into the other room inside the same villa and you shared a kitchen/living/couch area! Highly unlikely.

Nice villas on not so nice street
The actual villa was very nice just as it appears in the photographs, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. There was no restaurant or bar on the premises and the street that it is located on is not very nice. The price of hotel services is a little steep too compared to other prices in Bali.
