“Bakersfields worst service hotel.”
We were charged $10 for a roll away bed even though when we booked we booked and were quoted for 5 people. Then when we asked for another blanket we were told no they don't have them. Finally after we showed booking confirmation we were given one blanket for the roll away and they would not give extra towels. Breakfast was rubbish, no fruit or yoghurt, just cheap yuk food. Really sad service. Room dirty also. No rubbish bin or microwave or fridge. Would not recommend, plenty of better places for the price paid.
“Very Comfortable Lodging”
All the staff treated us extremely well. Mercedes in the Breakfast room especially was outstanding, even when dealing with difficult customers. Rosario from housekeeping, also did a great job in fulfilling our needs. The rooms were nice and roomy, shower was great, and wireless internet worked very well. I deffinitely plan to stay here whenever I need to return to Bakersfield from now on.

Dirty, and non desirable women as guests, although they are not hanging out in the front of the hotel. Overall icky.

lots of noise from the highway. cannot sleep well. not recommend this one.
“special requests”
I booked through Expedia and requested a ground floor room because my husband is handicapped. When I got to the hotel I had an upstairs room and there is no elevator. To change to a down floor room I had to pay a $10 per night change fee. I was not happy because I'd specifically stated that I needed ground floor at the time of my reservation for a very valid reason. My husband uses a mobility scooter and cannot get up and down stairs. I felt that the hotel does not care about the issues people with disabilities have to deal with on a day-to-day basis.
“NO SERVICE”
We stayed here for 5 nights, it would have been 2 if it were not prepaying for 3 nights though a Expedia Internet special. On any given day the two of us got a random number of towels and in room coffee service. When we found the problem they were very slow to fix the problem. The other issue is sound insulation we could hear every sound from the next room. They are trying to restore the look of the motel but until the management changes I will never stay here again.
“Good hotel for the price.”
This hotel was a good deal and I have no complaints about the service or the condition of the room. If you need a basic place to stay that's conveniently located just off the 99 freeway in Bakersfield then this is it.
“It's a room......”
You get what you pay for. It isn't fancy but there aren't cockroaches to greet you at the door either. So, it is what it is.....or so the saying goes.
