“nice place to stay”

We were in town for a water polo tournament at CSUBakersfield. The hotel was close to the location, the room was clean and quiet and the price was right! The free breakfast was tasty and made the morning a lot easier!

“Not your typical Hilton hotel”

We will just leave it short that the front desk needs a little more people skills.

Area recommendations
Try Rosedale area, its turned around from the years of yesterday and is becoming more modern.
Must see
In Bakersfield one should always visit the historic Fox theatre of Buck Owens Crystal Palace

“Good value for money”

On our way from Santa Barbara to Sequoia National Park, we stopped in Bakersfield for one night, and Hampton Inn was perfect in terms of comfort, cleanliness and location. Also there was a nice breakfast buffet! For the money, it was worth it!

“Was a little concerned when all other hotels were booked!”
