“Hotel Baie Saint Paul, un peu éloigné du centre ville”

L'hôtel est très confortable, mais un peu éloigné du centre ville.

Area recommendations

A faire absolument depuis Baie Saint Paul : une excursion à l'Ile aux Coudres. Le ferry est gratuit et fréquent en été. Le mieux c'est de faire le tour de l'ile en vélo (location : en sortant du ferry, au premier carrefour allez tout droit et c'est à 50 mètres sur la droite dans le garage d'un papy). On peut aussi faire des randonnées dans le parc des grands jardins.

Dining

Testez le Jo Smoked Meat de Baie Saint Paul, pour son ambiance sympa et ses sous-marins gigantesques.

“Hotel Baie St- Paul: Correct mais sans plus”

Notre chambre était très propre, mais la commode (en mélamine blanche) était endommagée et des morceaux était arrachés par endroit. La salle de bain est étonnamment grande par contre. Aussi, il a fallu attendre très longtemps à la réception à l'arrivée, comme au départ parce que la moitié du temps, il n'y a personne. Ils nous ont toutefois laissé prendre notre chambre très tôt (vers 11h). Probablement parce que c'était la basse saison. Donc somme toute l’hôtel est bien mais j'ai été un peu déçue pour le prix, compte tenu que le petit déjeuner n'est pas inclus et que les environs sont plutôt laids. Il y a une épicerie tout près par contre, et un mini réfrigérateur dans la chambre,

Area recommendations

Le saint-pub; le restaurant-pub de la microbrasserie de Charlevoix, endroit très chaleureux avec de la bonne bières et les meilleurs burgers possibles! Je n'ai jamais mangé un aussi bon burger d'agneau et celui à l'émeu et canneberges était excellent aussi.

When to go

C'est plus cher mais il serait vraiment pertinent d'y aller en haute saison car nous avons fait l'erreur d'y aller en basse saison et vraiment tout est fermé!! La majorité des commerces, les restaurants, les parcs, etc. Nous nous sommes vraiment ennuyés.

“Ottimo albergo in periferia”

L'albergo è molto buono, pulito e con camere molto spaziose e ben accessoriate (frigo, caffé, ecc...). E' un po' distante dal centro, ma ci si può andare tranquillamente in macchina, visto che non mancano i posti per parcheggiare.

Traveller's tip

Il paese è molto carino, anche se molto piccolo. Ci sono molti posti per mangiare e anche delle buone birrerie per il dopo cena.
