Located in a busy area, great for an easy walk to restaurants, shops. However, for those who want quiet, this is not a good location. The sounds from the street were very loud especially the motorcycles. We arrived at noon and despite the advertisement that check-in was 24 hours, we were told that it was 3pm and our room wasn't ready. However, they did accommodate us with an upgrade to a 2 bedroom apartment which was available. Our apartment was spacious and clean. The television had OSN with lots of English channels. The furniture was comfortable, but old and in need of repair. In the kitchen, one of the cabinets fell off in my hand. The furniture was dated and cheap and the design was just plain ugly. There were burn marks on the carpet even though it's a non-smoking room. The bed was reasonably comfortable and the black-out curtains did their job well. The best feature was the shower in the master bedroom - very hot water with a lot of pressure. The hotel does not have an on-site restaurant, but they partner with a local café to deliver food from a limited menu. The staff was courteous and friendly. Parking was terrible - they have only about 10 designated parking spaces. Overall, the apartment we stayed in was comfortable and clean. I don't think it earned it's 4 star rating and it was overpriced for the quality of the apartment as a whole. In conclusion, if you're not particular about noise or design, then it's a fine place to stay.
