“Definately will go back”
Hotel exceeded expectations. Location and facilities outstanding for the price paid. 5 mins from airport and central Manama. Both pool and private beach area very well maintained and supervised. Restaurants were also of a high standard. Staff were all welcoming and helpful.
“A relaxing break”
A really lovely hotel. I received great service from all the staff. The room was lovely. The pool was wonderful and the beach was a lovely unexpected surprise. The only negative point I encountered was that the choice of food in the evenings is not great if you want to eat before 8 as we did as only one of the 3 restaurants is open at this time. I fully recommend it overall and I hope to return soon.
“Very good hotel”
I stayed briefly overnight at the Novotel Hotel in Bahrain. It was clean, presentable, convenient. I was given a room next to the beach which was lovely. The staff were friendly and keen to help. The only issue would be that the rooms could do with updating a little. However, this is a minor point, compared to the good service, comfort of the room and the lovely beach scene that I had. I recommend using this hotel.
“Super hotel let down by reception”
This is a very nice hotel. The only criticism is that the reception staff were rude and unhelpful. A shame because concierge, room service and restaurant service was all polite and attentive.
