Lovely stay.
"Wonderful stay, all staff very friendly and helpful. Beautiful evenings spent in bar or restaurant overlooking the river and its going ons. Whether it be wild life, boats or people.
If you can spend the extra recommend getting a balcony room. Beautiful views and always something to watch. "
"Excellent from check-in to check-out. Complimentary upgrade to double deluxe (Bed was superking & super comfy) Room facilities and room cleanliness were great, staff were very friendly and the breakfast was one of the best we have ever had. "We had a lovely stay in Norwich . The hotel was very welcoming and they had a great choice of food . Was impressed with the quality of food and friendliness of hotel staff .Amazing cooked breakfast 🍳 with a great range of different foods including continental breakfast range Lovely selection of Alpro yoghurts and cheeses.Only issue was there was no access to the jacuzzi having expected to be able to use all the leisure facilities . Where they gave a downstairs bedroom to change in with an underpowered shower also in the room too. "

"Great reception staff, very helpful and happy, polite staff all around. Bar staff was a very helpful and prompt host. Good cheap enough rates, comfortable rooms. Only down side were the very uncomfortable pillows. Fire alarm went off and everyone was evacuated, this was dealt with brilliantly and swiftly by staff with safety above all other factors, great job in that sense. Overall a great stay plus good food and drink"
