Hotel management was aware that there is an annual outdoor theatrical performance directly adjacent to the hotel that runs from 22:00-00:30 for a number of days. It was so incredibly loud. Hotel management should have notified guests ahead of time and at least provided earplugs. I had a long day of travel and an early morning appointment. When I called that hotel staff that night and spoke with them the following morning at checkout they made me feel like the problem. That’s not hospitality! They could have offered a change of room, a free breakfast, a late checkout, a partial refund, but no, I was told to call the police and that no one else complained. The quality of staff matters in hospitality. Someone should take a star away from this hotel.

Wonderful surprise in this medieval city!
This was a very pleasant surprise in a sleepy city. We arrived on a Sunday when restaurants and sights were closed but had a very pleasant walk around the city. The reception clerk was very personable and welcoming. The structure is quite old but charming and the rooms updated while retaining some traditional décor. Very nice bathroom fixtures, French doors to a view of a large public area, easy access to the city. Free parking nearby. Great breakfast!! One of the best during out trip.

Nice hotel in old Rodez
This is a very nice hotel in the heart of old Rodez. Nice staff and a comfortable room with better bathroom than many similar hotels.

Quirky clean hotel with charm and nice staff at decent price.
Unusual setup. Great city central location in a historic medieval tower of the town fortifications. Comfortable clean room. The staff is not there 24/7 so contact them if you are planning on getting to the hotel after 10pm or before 6am. The staff are very nice and accommodating and can be reached at any time, however. Perfectly central to the town or Rodez. Breakfast is served but there is no full time restaurant in the hotel. The good news is that there are many options for dining walking distance including a decent local pub next door.

Value for Money
We arrived an hour earlier than reception opened, sat on a park bench for an hour. I knew this but it is not always easy on a motor bike tour to sort out your timings to suit reception hours. Breakfast was very good. Rooms were clean and modern. Lacked a little in charm but we had a budget and it did fit all the criteria.

Over night in Rodez
All staff that I met we're polite, friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and room and bathroom spotless. Corridors, lifts etc. we're also very clean. There was a good choice for breakfast. My only difficulty was with the shower. I was unable to get the water to run from bath tap to the shower head.

Un acceuil vraiment pas top suivant les personnes... Je préfère eviter les conflits donc je n ai rien dis.. Le ton employé par l une des personnes d acceuil est arrogant... Pour qui vous prenez vous ? Très peu arrangeants et n ont pas tenus compte de mes demandes la dernière fois où nous sommes venus. L hotel lui est idéalement placé, heureusement... Il est certain que he n y reviendrai pas.. À eviter

La literie est correcte mais la chambre hors d'âge. La douche fait 70x70 on ne peut pas se laver. Le personnel est excecrable et en plus ils m'ont débité deux fois le petit déjeuner et la taxe de sejour. C'est du vol.

Séjour convenable sauf pour la douche. Après 5 min d'attente, l'eau chaude n'est jamais apparue. J'ai du me résoudre à prendre ma douche froide. La réceptionniste m'a répondu le lendemain que c'était normal au 5eme étage et qu'il aurait fallut que j'attende plus....
