We booked our room last year from Australia.
When we arrived we were met with a smile easy check in and lots of help from the staff
Nothing was too much trouble.
The room was the best in terms of photo's and what your room is like
It is situated no more than 200 meters from the chams élysées , a haven away from the hustle and bustle.
It was in waking distance about 1.5 km from the Eifel Tower
Just a wonderful hotel

Had a lovely one night stay here, reception staff extremely helpful and the room was beautiful. We were in a room for 4 and expected a large room with 2 double beds but it was actually like a little suite, with a sofa bed and fold out bed in a separate room with a sliding door. The bed in the other room was absolutely huge! The hotel was very quiet, we heard no noise from any neighbours, breakfast was quite varied for a continental style, and replenished frequently. The late breakfast (until 11) and checkout (12) made for a relaxing stay. Absolutely fantastic location – we’ll be back!

We stayed in the hotel for two nights. We arrived too early and we arrived with friends who had booked another room. Ours was ready early (by about noon) and theirs a couple of hours later. We were allowed in our room without any extra fees, and their luggage was put in our room without any fuss. The hotel is perfectly situated, the room size adequate, the cleanliness of the hotel and the efficiency of the staff was as good as any of the best hotels in the world and I have stayed at some of them. Besides that, the staff was gracious and pleasant at all times. If I have a complaint, it's that you don't get extras without cost, some of them hidden (like replacement of water which was originally supplied free) and that the dining costs are somewhat high. But these things are minor and one shouldn't be put off by them...just be forewarned. Oh yes, it was nice walking out of the door or the Maurice or the Ritz and being near the center of the real Paris shopping area, the gardens, the Louvre, etc. but it's worth the cab and there is no hotel in Paris that is near all the places you want to see.

We have stayed at high-end hotels in Paris several times, but to really experience a Paris boutique hotel, this is it! The hotel staff is great and they went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. I would add however, the next time I book, I will make sure to ask for a room that faces the street. We did not have a great view at all, we looked over a roof-top to another building and kept our shades shut because we faced directly to an apartment and it's windows. We were not in our room that much, so it wasn't that big of a deal. We enjoyed the little sitting room off the lobby at night, especially when we would come back from our full day of tours. Even though the bar looks closed, the staff was more than happy to always get us a drink so we could relax! We will be back!

The hotel was superb - I would stay there again in an instant. It is in an upscale, quiet neighborhood with a short walk to both the Metro and RER. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were large enough for two people to stay comfortably for a week.
